1. Refusal by a massage therapist named Parvana (in the new building) from massage procedures (the doctor of the Sehirli Naftalan sanatorium sent me to her) with the words “I have a lot of paying patients, I don’t have time!” But, just a minute: did I come to this sanatorium for free for treatment?! And how do we understand “paying patients”? It turns out that while she is at her workplace and receiving a salary, she charges an additional fee for a massage, in other words, she “has the shabby”! 2. The quality of food leaves much to be desired: hot dishes are not hot at all, not to mention the second courses - they were always served really cold! The meat in the dishes is strange - hard and almost black! 3. Outright extortion on the part of medical personnel - at every step “give 3-5 manats”! If you don’t give it, they will neglect you and do their job poorly! Shame on you, comrades! 4. Because of stray dogs and cats, it is impossible to take a single step on the territory of the sanatorium!

I can say with a pure heart that I really liked it in Naftalan. Affordable price, friendly attitude of the staff, basically everyone speaks at least some Russian, i.e. some are better, some are worse... Even the impudent behavior of local female vacationers did not overshadow my vacation, because... the female nurses put them in their place during the procedures, for which special thanks to them!! I am very grateful to the masseuse Makhizar - a very positive person! And also thanks to Naila - ultrasound, vacuum, Amira - electrophoresis, Vasily - amplipulse, Shura - baths. Very good recreation area around the sanatorium. In the evenings there were dances, you can have fun, but this is the repertoire, of course. I would like to change it, “a million scarlet roses” has long been outdated, don’t you agree?!! But in general, everything is wonderful!!!Negatives
What I didn't like was the FOOD!!! Monotonous, meager menu, after a week I howled from dry chicken breast!! And the second point is paraffin therapy! This may seem nonsense to some, but not to me, because... I worked with paraffin myself. when I saw that the paraffin was removed from everyone, back into a bowl, into one from everyone, warmed up again and applied again. He's already BLACK!!!! But they still use it!! The temperature is not observed AT ALL!!! I have very thin skin, and they applied paraffin to me, heated to the consistency of water, it was torture, natural. That's why I just refused it!!!

New building. The rooms are large and good. All new. There are no cockroaches in the room. Convenient to go to procedures. Price. The area is beautiful and clean. There is a cooler on each floor. The lobby floors are clean. There is an elevator. In the evening after dinner, dancing on the street to live music. The TV shows Russian channels TNT, STS, NTV Mir, Russia24. The dining room is clean and there are many tables. There's enough room for everyone.Negatives
The territory is not fenced, there are no fences, there is no security. There is a parking lot, but not everyone parks their car there. Dogs and cats run around the area. Everyone feeds them. Leftover food is left lying around afterwards. At night these dogs fight. The room and shower often smell like sewage. If you open the balcony, you can smell smoke and different smells from the street. There is a restaurant nearby. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. They didn't clean everything every day. (In the shower, the floor will be washed and that’s it, or the garbage will be taken away and nothing else. Bed linen was changed once in 15 nights, and then upon request. Although they promised to change it every five days.) There is no hairdryer or kettle in the room. There was no toilet paper and soap in the room. I had to ask s/b. But in some rooms there was paper. Apparently it depends on the cleaners. There are long queues for procedures. More often they miss their locals. Even if I have the procedure time written down, you can get there in an hour. Because of this, all procedures are shifted. There is also a queue in the dining room. The food is not for everyone. Internet Wi-fi is available, but very slow. Video and audio on the Internet are bad... There are no air conditioners in the new building.

Very poor organization of procedures. The employee who indicates the time of the procedure makes mistakes in time; there may be several people at the same time. Hoping that people will figure it out on their own is not civilized, artificial queues are created, no one is trying to restore order and take time. If you make a complaint, they will pretend that this “misunderstanding” worries not only you, but also them, and no measures are taken to change the situation. Several acquaintances stopped attending physical procedures so as not to receive negativity. No other sanatorium I have visited has had such a quantity of quality and frequency of procedures. There are no words with which to express everything. There are no questions for the staff. For those whose budget does not allow them to go and receive full treatment, Magic Naftalan is what they need. And you won’t spend a lot of money and your health will improve. The staff is friendly.

Good afternoon. I couldn’t even imagine that the treatment would be so effective! Thankful for my health back! Falling asleep and waking up without pain, forgetting about cramps - this is happiness! Competence, professionalism, patience and care are the defining qualities of the entire team and are evident in everything! The people who work at the sanatorium are people who love people. Capricious, sometimes intractable, who have lost faith in themselves. Doctors and nurses, with their work, attention, and care, make us get better! Special thanks to the technical staff.
