Before this, she clarified that we would arrive early in the morning and whether they could give us a room right away so that we and our small children would not have to wait in the lobby. However, when we arrived at the sanatorium at five in the morning, they shoved us into a trashed room for three... and in the morning, instead of a suite, they shoved us into two trashed separate rooms. One of which was very cold. The owner said that for the price paid, we would not get a luxury suite. As a result, my small children and I were divided into rooms... The New Year was overshadowed... Extremely unpleasant... The food was poor. Meat is one name... I forgot a silk scarf in the dining room on New Year's Eve, and in the end it was stolen... I don’t know who, but the administration again said it’s your problem.... They didn’t even try to help us. Unprofessional behavior... The cleaning is also bad.... A bunch of left-wing men are constantly hanging out in the sanatorium (there is no other way to say it), it is not clear who and where...

And now about those areas that the management and staff of the sanatorium should work on: first of all, nutrition. It is monotonous, very little meat. The cooks have no complaints; they try to cook deliciously from the products supplied by the suppliers. But the list of products is meager. In my opinion, the management of the sanatorium should not get carried away with discounts in order to lure vacationers. There is another way: improving food and service. Reception for procedures is chaotic, which is why a lot of time is wasted in queues.

The time for procedures is not prescribed, you have to sit in a live queue all day, not knowing the language and not being able to withstand the pressure of local relationships - you will always be the last! 3 The tourist business is not organized - you negotiate with taxi drivers who understand the language and drive like a sighted person. but there are no deaf-mute tourist guides, and where you accidentally end up with foreign tourists, you won’t understand anything. 4. There are no communication payment terminals at the sanatoriums, many Russian operators do not work in Azerbaijan. Local SIM cards do not sell using a foreign passport, if there is no Internet on your phone - that’s it, you are without communication for the entire duration of your stay. 5. You can only exchange rubles for manats in cash, the exchange rate is low, cards - you just have to go to the city and look for a bank. Sitting in queues all day for procedures, you simply don’t have time for this. The conclusion was this: the healing factors are good, but you need hellish patience!

1. The quality of the procedures is good, especially the magic mud + oil, the quality of the food is also good, the right selection of dishes, deliciously prepared, the diet is good. The territory of the sanatorium is cozy, clean, the atmosphere is very calm and friendly, a cultural program and trips are organized, you can always buy fresh fruit from local sellers right on the territory of the sanatorium, there are small shops nearby, the transport issue is always resolved. It’s nice to walk around - there are parks, shade, benches in the area. I really liked the people - warm, friendly, sober! No aggression, no hostility. Good administrators resolve all issues quickly, without hassle. The Internet works. It's quiet at night. No loss or theft! We left everything valuable in the rooms, everything was in order. You can buy all sorts of medicinal products with naphthalan, souvenirs, fruits - everything is sold in pharmacies in the city. The airport in Ganja is very conveniently located, the transfer is well organized. Thanks to the nurses - Tutu, Mansura, Mehriban, Chfyat, Amira, Samira and all the staff who work conscientiously, without saying that “our working day is over!” There are as many people accepted!Negatives
Complaints about the rooms - some have cockroaches, they gave us 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 people for a week, they started asking for more, but they never brought it. I had to bring napkins from the cafeteria. The tap water smells great! We didn’t even have a piece of the cheapest soap in the room! There are huge queues for procedures, no one can get in on time, everyone jumps the queue! This hassle is very exhausting! I want to lie down after some procedures, but I have to run around to wait in line. Afterwards I’ll have to go to another one to treat my nerves! In the dining room the same picture - huge queues. The food is quite monotonous (it’s the same for breakfast), it’s hot in the dining room (we were there in September, but what’s going on here in the summer?). Air conditioners or fans still need to be installed in all rooms, regardless of the cost - people come for treatment and pay money, and have the right to claim basic amenities - like a fan in the heat and toilet paper! More information about what to bring with you to the sanatorium (shampoo is a must!, warm leggings, knee socks, socks, preferably long pants - warmth is important after procedures), clothes for baths - warm, dark in color, not new. Во всех комнатах шампунь, мыло и бумага у нас всегда есть. На счет тараканов, то у нас их никогда не было. 2.Из крана вода у нас везде с хлором, эта не питьевая вода 3. На процедурах очередь может быть, потому что людей было много, у всех было по времени ну некоторое не соблюдали 4. В Столовой могла бы очередь и за того, что людей было много, но еды всегда всем хватало 5. В столовой есть 7 кондиционеров, как может быт жарко? 6 У нас 3 корпуса. есть во всех корпусах кондиционеры, достаточно ест вентиляторов, кто хотел им давали. с уважением

She received treatment in the form of naphthalan salts (a solution of deresined naphthalan was applied with a brush to problem areas) and heated under a lamp or performed UHF. Took 9 procedures. Now for two days I am getting acquainted with the sights of Baku, walking 7-10 kilometers a day. Only the heel hurts. The doctor warned that the therapeutic effect would occur in a month and a half. In my opinion, the effect is already there. Friends, if you have health problems, try to use every opportunity to help yourself!Negatives
There is no order in the procedures. 1.they set a time, but invite you to the procedure without taking into account the time and sometimes you have to stand at the door for a long time; 2. The staff is not correct. The massage therapist can hold the phone with one hand and talk loudly, and massage with the other hand. Or interrupt the session altogether and go out to talk on the phone about personal topics. The food is modest. In second courses, meat products were often fried or dried so that they became almost inedible.
