We visited this resort for the second time and were very pleased. We noted positive dynamics in the restaurant - the food has become much more varied, the service staff in the restaurant is always friendly and courteous. The room is comfortable, everything corresponds to the advertisements. The treatment reception staff also pleased us with a more friendly attitude compared to the previous year; they tried to find a convenient time in the schedule of treatment procedures. The quality of cleaning still depends very much on the staff. For some reason, older staff clean more cleanly and don’t forget to replenish washing supplies and toilet paper, which, unfortunately, cannot be said about younger people. The entire period of stay there was an impression that the female hotel reception staff, unlike the male staff, hated all vacationers, did not make contact, did not fulfill requests, or were demonstratively favoring, just like a year ago. But, I emphasize, the reception staff is female.

The doctors conducting the appointment are indifferent to all explanations regarding your pain, and perform procedures from previous years without any problems. This is not my first time there. Everything about the barbecue for breakfast, lunch and dinner is poor and the same. The dinner menu is bad. There isn't much of an either or choice. I liked it better last year.

I was unlucky with the floor, it was the last one, the view was beautiful from the window, but the attic seemed a little dark if you stayed in the room for a long time during the day, it was winter. But this is a personal opinion, it’s not for everyone; some people may like this window more than the one in an ordinary room. It was not possible to change, everything was busy, the dates of the New Year holidays. Next time we’d like to be on the third floor (we’ve booked it for the summer and intend to come with a lot of friends).

It takes 2-3 days to finalize the procedures with doctors, although this can be done in one day without additional time losses and you can calmly deal with the procedures after that. I would like the contingent of vacationers to always be at the same level and not cause negative emotions.... especially in the warm season....

My stay at the sanatorium was fabulous, like Cinderella’s at the ball. I personally liked everything, starting with the appearance of the building, not to mention the inside, everything was great. Christmas was wonderful. The medical staff were all nice and friendly to me. Everyone liked the procedures. I I’m very pleased. And I also want to add that the entire surrounding area is such a delight in the winter, everything is beautiful and fabulous - pheasants, peacocks, swans, ducks, seagulls, everything around.
