The "Resort Dom" is one of the oldest spa hotel in Poland. It is a unique attraction of the resort itself due to the recognizability of the building itself, as well as a covered colonnade, which is connected directly to the building of the "Resort Dom". Despite its ancient appearance, the spa hotel has a modern medical base that meets all current standards.

The spa hotel provides its guests with a full range of therapeutic procedures, proximity to the key points of the Swieradow Zdroj and general comfort of accommodation. However, it should be noted that the spa hotel does not provide facilities for people with disabilities and diet food.

The third building "Magnolia" is located near the center and is the main hospital of the complex, as the building is built on the radon source.
