I visit the Beethoven sanatorium every year, for the fourth time already. I like the treatment that the doctor prescribes for me, it helps my health. The beautiful new pool makes you feel better after visiting it. Good food improves your mood; they serve a delicious variety of dishes to choose from for lunch and dinner, and a buffet breakfast. The sanatorium is located in the historical center, next to a beautiful park where you can take a walk. Excursions to cities in the Czech Republic and Germany are offered.

On a positive note: the improvement in health after staying in Teplice is clear. All procedures are strictly on schedule, the staff is attentive and friendly. Doctor Tatyana Soldatenko, when prescribing procedures, explained their purpose and, if possible, took into account my wishes. Of the minuses, I can only note a couple of stains on the walls of the room - I quickly washed them myself so as not to spoil the overall pleasant impression of the room. Well, perhaps, upon departure, at the reception desk they tried to collect the resort fee from me again, although I paid it upon check-in. A few minutes later everything was clarified, but for some reason there was no apology for the misunderstanding. But, in general, the impression from the Beethoven sanatorium is the most favorable and, perhaps, I will return there again.

Wonderful town, wonderful architecture. I really liked it. Water is effective. Before the trip, I read everything that was on the Internet. This helped a lot. Young people speak English, i.e. you can ask, and they will tell you how to find, for example, a shopping center, a botanical garden. There's definitely a resort vibe to it. As everywhere else, the staff is simply super, and some keep customers at a distance. Everything is the same as everywhere else. Great excursions from Volodya. This is an encyclopedia of knowledge and a great ability to present complex historical events with subtle, slightly sarcastic humor. I enjoyed it a lot. I was surprised how rich the Czech Republic is in historical monuments in their original form, and of course the nature is simply magnificent. The most important thing is that my joints and muscles hurt less and, most importantly, I began to move more.Negatives

Despite the preliminary negotiations, I had to resolve issues with food and accommodation on the spot for a day.... Why these issues cannot be resolved directly: and not through a travel agency, I still don’t understand. The room has a bed without a headrest, naturally the pillow constantly slides onto the floor. No one makes sure that there is no noise in the rooms after 23.00. The day of arrival and departure, plus Saturday and Sunday, (there are no procedures on these days, out of two weeks, four days (90 € per day) you just sit in the room, considering that most visitors suffer from musculoskeletal diseases😳😳, that is, there is no individual approach.

I quite often go to relax and receive treatment in a sanatorium, this was my first time at Beethoven. From my point of view, there is not enough salt cave and dry carbon dioxide baths, because of this it is impossible to take enough thermal baths. I am not sure that a constant change of massage therapists is a good idea. The first time I left the sanatorium with almost the same problems that I arrived with. Let's see what will happen next.

I wrote that during my stay at the sanatorium, my wallet with money, documents and credit cards was stolen during a thermal bath procedure. It was July 6 at 9.30. Current year. The director of the Beethoven sanatorium, Peter Pavel, knows the name of the nurse who performed the procedure at that time. They promised to provide me with the camera recording materials, but then they said that there were no cameras in the sanatorium. Until now I have not received any explanation from the director. Return the documents to the previous one. I'll eat, I wrote in detail about the missing things.
