Positives

1. Good organization of treatment 2. Accommodation (I had No. 103) (close to a restaurant and treatment rooms, comfortable room). 3. Friendly, polite staff of the entire sanatorium. 4. Very good breakfasts.

Negatives

1. The nurse who draws up the treatment schedule included in my schedule procedures that were unnecessary for me and not prescribed by the doctor (group classes in the gym and in the small pool), which I attended. This was discovered at the final doctor’s appointment. 2. Very rarely there were delicious dinners. There were four of us at the table, and everyone had the same opinion. 3. Rattling trolleys in a restaurant. 4. In shower room No. 103 there is a shelf only for soap. There was nowhere to put the shampoo, I had to put it on the floor. 5. During my stay there was no cultural program at the sanatorium. Luckily there were wonderful excursions.

Positives

Excellent location of the sanatorium, end of April - beginning of May is a wonderful season. Wonderful weather made for some intense walking around the stunning park and surrounding area. wonderful balneological procedures, good prescribed drinking water - Belinska Kiselka. Physiotherapeutic procedures are not yet clear in their effect. Let's wait 2 weeks, during which it should get better. Attentive staff, helpful maids and waiters in the dining room.

Negatives

Not a very attentive visit to the doctor. The doctor didn’t even look at the tests that we brought with us, he didn’t even read what we wrote on the admission sheet regarding health problems, then he looked at it very superficially, so some procedures were most likely prescribed according to a general scheme, and some , such as “Individual exercise”, are completely useless. There was an unpleasant incident when my wife, and she arrived with the main problem, it was deep stress, and at the time of her arrival she had only suffered a head injury 2 weeks ago. Right before her arrival, her stitches were removed. She simply got confused about the schedule, and while sitting in her room, she realized that she was late and ran from the other floor and the far wing. As a result, I ran past the office 3 times, because... I was stressed. Finally she found this room 13 on the lower floor. I was 10 minutes late. The procedure lasted 15 minutes, but the nurses would never let her in, although they start it once every half hour and they had plenty of time before the next group. She burst into tears, but decided to immediately go to room 4A for a lymphatic drainage massage, but the nurse who was sitting there wouldn’t let her in, although the room was empty. There were 45 minutes left before the appointment. And she had to sit under the office, and the young man left, closed the office and returned after a walk minute by minute at the appointed time. As a result, the first procedure was lost and the person, after a serious injury, was brought to tears. This did not help relieve stress. General massage (half body, only from the back) only on the last day there was a masseuse who did it more or less well, the rest - not at all. Individual exercise is generally a useless procedure. The girls are young, they change all the time, a waste of time and money. The dining room needs a better cook. The reception is generally not bad, but one employee is clearly angry and irritated all the time.

Positives

The procedures are all on time, the staff is friendly. The room is comfortable

Negatives

Not all procedures are optional; it is impossible to purchase additional ones due to lack of time from the medical staff. Saturday and Sunday disappear.

Positives

Nice friendly staff, procedures are always on time. There is a shopping center and a supermarket nearby. High-quality daily cleaning.

Negatives

There is no wi-fi in the room, which is very bad, since it’s already the 21st century. People are already planning to populate the moon.

Positives

I visited the sanatorium for the second and hopefully not the last time. Good price/quality ratio. The magnificent city of Teplice.

Negatives

The room was small - with the closet door open, the room door can no longer be opened (room 102). But this is not critical - everything else compensated for this drawback. Thank you very much!

Positives

I believed in medicine. The effect of water on the body deserves all praise. The second visit was a final one for the 70-year-old visitor.

Negatives

For the second year in a row, there were shortcomings in the organization of work of service personnel in the canteen. During the second shift, you have to occasionally look for dishes and cutlery. The standard dishes are running out. It is necessary to change information plans for placing procedures on floors. It is difficult to deal with elevators in buildings. For people with limited mobility this is a significant problem. For the second year, as a “native,” I helped people get to the first floor and into their rooms. It's sad, but I mentioned this in my review last year. At the reception you can get explanatory information by waving your hand north or south. Perhaps after the renovation, the floor information sheets will be changed and the disabled will be happy.

Positives

This was my second time at the Beethoven sanatorium in the city of Teplice in the Czech Republic. The first time after surgery for rehabilitation, the second time with friends to maintain healthy joints. On this site, they carefully familiarized themselves with the work of the sanatorium and the types of procedures. We booked our rooms in advance and a transfer online. Everything is very convenient and easy, you don’t need to pay money in advance, only upon arrival. The work of the site's staff deserves an excellent rating. I advise all my friends to choose a sanatorium on this site, because here you can find out everything in detail and choose the right one for yourself.

Negatives

The three of us have no negativity, we liked everything.

Positives

The treatment is beyond praise. The conditions are not bad, but specific - something like Soviet-era chic. The food is at the level of hotel food in an average hotel - not that bad, not that good.

Negatives

The glass door to the toilet in the room is apparently a new word in interior design...

Positives

The sanatorium has an excellent location - in a park in the city center. Treatment is average, too many baths, even if they are not very suitable, it is not easy to replace with something else. Food is average. I haven’t felt any improvement yet. They say it will take time.

Positives

A wonderful building. It’s great that water and compotes are always free. There are 2 Russian TV channels.

Negatives

The girls at the reception were reluctant to help contact the transfer company. They responded dryly and unfriendly. There weren't enough desserts for dinner. Internet is needed in all rooms.

Positives

I didn’t even expect that I would like everything so much. I'll start with the city of Teplice. This is truly a small Paris: a very beautiful, cozy town. The sanatorium is located in the very center and at the same time surrounded by public gardens and parks. There are fountains at every step, and all of them are different. The air smells fragrant, as if perfume had been sprayed. There are 2 large shopping centers within a five-minute walk. In addition to them, cafes and shops. Nearby is the city museum, theater, cultural center. The city even has a botanical garden. The sanatorium is large but comfortable. At first you walk along it with a diagram. There is a veranda where you can sunbathe. The procedures are described in specifications. program, each has its own printed schedule. No queues, no squabbles, everything is clear. The medical staff is kind and calm. The head doctor is a wonderful person, friendly. I will definitely come here again. Although I usually don’t go to the same place twice, because the world is big and so interesting. About the cultural program: also excellent. Concerts in the church, in Beethoven itself, in the concert hall. In general, I recommend Beethoven and Teplice.

Negatives

There is one minus that you don’t have to dwell on, but you need to remember. These are the girls at the reception. You need to be more careful with them. They didn’t give me a room card, a map of the building, a Wi-Fi password, and they didn’t clearly explain how to look for the room. I had to walk around the hotel with my suitcase and return to the reception for the key. Further - worse. Another day I asked to print out the bus schedule for Dresden at 22-00. The girl was talking on the phone at this time and advised me to contact her about this issue tomorrow at 7 o’clock. After my surprise, I finally printed it. The next morning I spent a long time trying to figure this piece out at the station and ended up waiting for the bus for 1 hour and 20 minutes. She printed out the schedule from Olympia and didn’t tell me about it. Strange, right? I'm not saying that when I asked to change my lunch to dinner, they printed out a sheet with a different name and from a different room, this is a trifle, I went again. There, half the sanatorium is on crutches; not everyone can run away easily to correct the mistake. Reading these notes, you might decide that this is always how arrogant and pretentious people are treated. But I was calm and friendly. And I’m writing all this so that people who have difficulty walking can check everything without leaving the reception desk. These little things didn't spoil my holiday.

Positives

Everything about the treatment is good, individual approach, good organization, quality procedures, polite staff. Accommodation in the Comfort Plus room was quite acceptable, but the standard rooms are more like hospital rooms.

Negatives

1. Disgusting food - tasteless, greasy, and you can’t order without food. As a result, having paid half board, I only occasionally went to breakfast, and had lunch and dinner at restaurants in the neighborhood. 2. There is absolutely nothing to occupy yourself in the evenings, there are no entertainment events in the sanatorium, you have to look for something on the side.

Positives

As always, Sanatoriums does a good job both in terms of organization and accommodation. Excellent huge room, excellent medical support, a very interesting excursion program (adapted to the specifics of diseases of the musculoskeletal system - short journeys, the most beautiful nature of Czech and Saxon Switzerland). And at the end of April, sakura blossomed - there was a lot of it, just a pink sea around. By the way, at the CLT clinic, which is located in the neighboring building of Cesarske Lazne, my husband was able to get an excellent consultation from the doctor Olga Raskina, and cosmetology fell to my share. We are planning to come in the fall.

Negatives

There was a lot of choice for breakfast. For lunch there is a menu, but the cook is clearly in love and without an answer (too much salt or pepper). According to the administration's plans, a large mineral water swimming pool will be repaired starting in November, for about half a year. This will need to be taken into account when choosing a sanatorium.

Positives

A variety of methods of rehabilitation therapy for the musculoskeletal system. Good medical facilities (thermal pool, various baths, gas injections). Good accommodation and room cleaning. The food is plentiful, varied, according to the menu.

Negatives

Manual massage at a low professional level (stroking,). Despite a good base, the medical staff is frankly slapdash when performing manual procedures (underwater massage, Scottish shower). Despite pre-registration, we waited about an hour to see the doctor. We were treated in Bulgaria, Hungary, Lithuania, etc. there is something to compare with. The quality of the declared procedures must be at an appropriate level, and not just baths, pools and thermal water. The work of administrators at the reception leaves much to be desired (the ability and desire to help the client, payment issues, there is no individual approach to completely solvable problems)

Positives

This is the second time at the Beethoven sanatorium, the first time was at the end of November - beginning of December 2013, also for two weeks. Treatment, food, accommodation, staff work remained at the same excellent and good level. Additional advantages were the large daylight hours, blossoming nature and, of course, the numerous fountains operating in Teplice. Behind the sanatorium there is a wonderful park with two ponds, ducks, squirrels and even monkeys. Nearby is the House of Culture with an organ; I was there at a symphonic music concert with an excellent orchestra. Attended a musical evening of young musicians in the Beethoven concert hall. I enjoyed the evening at the Beethoven cafe with live piano accompaniment. Excellent excursions to Dresden and picturesque places in the Czech Republic and Germany diversified my weekend.

Negatives

In addition to the patients of the sanatorium, visitors from the street are also allowed into the thermal pool. They occupy places with massage jets for a long time, not allowing residents of the sanatorium. And there was even a case when a young man pushed me away and took one of these places. When the indignant people around him began to shame him, he shrugged his shoulders and said that he did not understand the language.

Positives

Excellent attitude of the medical staff. I especially liked the thermal baths and massages. The pool is magnificent - I received a lot of positive emotions. I plan to repeat the treatment next year.

Negatives

Unfortunately, not everything is good - the room for oxygen therapy is very poor and stuffy. The food leaves much to be desired - breakfast is good, but lunch - especially the first one (water). I was surprised by the unfriendly attitude at the reception and the unwillingness to help in resolving emerging issues.

Positives

I am visiting the resort town of Teplice, in the Czech Republic for the second time. I like everything here: streamlined treatment, prescribed procedures are carried out strictly on time, so you don’t have to wait. The staff is very attentive, there is no language barrier, everyone understands. The food is good, buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner to choose from. There are not enough dietary dishes, but you can still choose from the 5 dishes offered. The city is very nice: parks, squares, fountains - everything contributes to a good mood. There is a well-organized transfer from the airport and back.

Positives

Great staff in the dining room. I especially want to thank the Russian-speaking dark-haired woman (sorry, I don’t know her name and patronymic) - she is apparently the senior staff member on the shift. Very kind and attentive. Cleaning is done daily, the maids are wonderful. In general, the attitude of the staff towards customers is very kind and desirable.

Negatives

There was no wi-fi in room 137. In the shower, the water flowed unevenly, either boiling water or cold, and the water pressure was weak. The dishes in the dining room have become less tasty than last year.

Positives

I received excellent treatment for my spine. Correctly balanced variety of treatments. Wonderful thermal baths and swimming pool. After visiting them, pain significantly decreases and the overall well-being of the body improves. Thanks to the staff for their caring and attentive attitude. Thanks to Dr. Tatyana Soldatenko. Thank you for the calm, friendly atmosphere at Spa House Beethoven.

Negatives

I would like a more varied menu in the sanatorium dining room. More vegetable dishes. For breakfast, you can offer a croissant with coffee.

Positives

Good location of the resort. Nice swimming pool with thermal water.

Negatives

The Czech doctor made the appointment automatically and was not interested in anything. She didn’t even ask what shift I had at the restaurant and how to distribute the procedures. When I received a printout of the procedures, I was shocked, many of the procedures were done during breakfast, the next day they fixed everything, but I didn’t need this stress. Regarding food, only the breakfasts are good. For lunch and dinner there is not even white bread, they only give you what is left over from breakfast. For dinner there is only main course and salad; not even a glass of kefir is provided. The restaurant has a bad attitude towards Russian speakers.

Positives

I liked it in Teplice. I had previously traveled to Karlovy Vary and Marianske Lazne several times, and I decided to try this resort because my knees began to hurt very badly. The treatment is of course very different from Karlovy Vary. It seems to me that in Teplice the doctors are more highly specialized. I liked the thermal baths, from which I felt an improvement quite quickly; in any case, the pain went away about 4 days after the start of the procedures. massages were good. and the thermal pool is absolutely a miracle, it perfectly relaxes the muscles. The food in Beethoven, in my opinion, is a little worse than in Karlovy Vary in terms of the choice of dishes, but the quality of food preparation is good. all personnel work in a coordinated manner. I also want to say that the town of Teplice itself is beautiful, quiet, there is a place to walk and relax

Positives

I was pleased with the trip, I especially liked the location of the sanatorium in the beautiful city of Teplitsy. The combination of price and quality is at the level. Excellent doctor Tatyana Soldatenko, good procedures, polite staff, very clean, quiet. All procedures are scheduled in time, there is no need to wait anywhere. The restaurant has wonderful breakfasts, lunch and dinner are simpler, but this is correct. The food system is built very correctly, nothing greasy or heavy, a lot of vegetables, always hot tea, coffee only in the morning, but there is a wonderful bar where they brew very tasty coffee for little money. Nice swimming pool. I really, really liked the Teplitsky Philharmonic, we were at a wonderful concert, it’s a shame that it’s so rare and small, by the way, Elena Dashevskaya provided us with free tickets, for which we thank her very much.

Negatives

There are no particular disadvantages, but I was probably unlucky with the number. The old taps in both the shower and sink practically did not mix the water, especially in the shower, it was almost impossible to wash, fortunately there are many showers in the pool. I didn't try to change the room because of its very convenient location. I also didn’t like the large number of people from the street in the pool. I understand that you need to earn money, but why not just make different visiting hours for guests of the sanatorium and others. On some days it was simply impossible to approach any massager and there were so many people, no one controlled it. I still don’t understand why it’s almost impossible to get into the Beethoven museum room, I waited a whole hour, they were rude to me at the reception, I must say that this shift was an exception (I left a review of this in the book), the rest of the shifts worked great, very polite and fast solved all the issues. Of course, it is clear that people come here for treatment, mostly with serious problems, but why don’t they need at least some kind of cultural program? After dinner there is absolutely nowhere to go, you can’t go for a walk, the city is completely empty, and nothing is happening at all in the sanatorium itself. In 15 days I went to a concert at the Philharmonic once, I really liked it, but that’s all. I think such boredom is not conducive to healthy mental health and especially to attracting a slightly different age group.
