The staff is as caring as a grandmother. The food is simple but tasty. We were with our 6th child, they brought us a heater (it was minus 25 outside) and they adjusted our schedule for treatment. Excellent value for money.Negatives

ONLY ONE MINUS this is the availability of sanatorium-resort cards. where all procedures are written down by hand. it is not comfortable. To the management of the sanatorium - purchase the program. where all procedures for each day and time will be written down on one A4 sheet of paper. Very convenient for the patient and clear. The quality of treatment is good. There is almost everything you need, the equipment is new, the offices are clean. The condition of the rooms in the main building is good, it looks like they were renovated not so long ago. The elevators are working properly. The rooms are cleaned efficiently and quickly, bed linen, towels and bathrobes are replaced on time. WiFi is available almost everywhere, with rare exceptions, but this didn’t particularly bother us, because... Mobile communications at the location of the sanatorium are at a good level. There are a couple of Russian programs on the TV cable. The TV has USB and HDMI jacks, so for convenience you can connect your Android devices and use your TV (for those who are familiar with this). The staff, without exception, are very supportive and friendly. Everyone speaks Russian, so in terms of communication there are no problems at all. The sanatorium itself is located very well, almost in the city center, so everything that the city has: attractions, shops, parks, a walking road along the Neman, etc. - everything is within walking distance. The food is good, high quality and quite varied, breakfast, lunch and dinner - all in the form of a buffet. Even too much for a normal personNegatives

The food is monotonous, greasy, every salad has onions. The buffet is for appetizers only. They put on a lot of side dish, even when you ask for less. The sanatorium cards are handwritten and difficult to read. The staff lacks information about the changes taking place in the sanatorium. Marketers do a poor job; different registries have different price tags.

The ultrasound specialist was on vacation during our stay at the resort. There is no gynecologist (possibly not on staff), there is no pharmacy (electrophoresis is not available). Feedback from the Sanatorium.com website became unavailable after paying for a stay at the sanatorium. I wrote 3 times and they never responded to me after my stay. Perhaps someone can tell me where to go to get in touch.

I liked the pool with the bathhouse complex. It’s very convenient that there are procedures that you can regulate by yourself. An excellent gym where you can work out on any machine, and where they will tell you what’s wrong. Good procedure - vert. bath. In general, everything is good. There’s nothing on TV in Russian, well don’t put politics on it, but films and educational channels (discovery) can be shown! On nutrition: The food is not bad and tasty, but a little greasy. There was nothing boiled, and there was never any beef. The pool can be opened at 21.00.

1. I forgot a dark green Doppler umbrella in room 504 in the closet on the right side on the second top shelf on November 20th. Unfortunately, completely unexpectedly, I received a formal response from the administration to my request. They told me that after cleaning they didn’t see anything, although I’m sure they weren’t looking for him. I didn’t go anywhere except my room. I don’t want to think that it was simply appropriated. 2. A single room with a sofa was booked, the type of which was shown on the website. However, they were provided with just a double room with a large bed.

In three days I got used to the pleasant reception and the accuracy of the procedures on time. Therefore, I was unpleasantly surprised by the suddenly rude treatment, when, moreover, the halotherapy session was started later, plus then it turned out that another person was accepted instead of me at my time (the same rude-speaking woman served both procedures) and then on that day I went to all procedures she was late, which was also unpleasant, as it delayed others. This left unpleasant memories of that day.

We rested in the BELORUS sanatorium, Druskininkai, from October 4 to October 17, 2023. To order, we used the website Sanatoriums.com with excellent service. We chose an inexpensive sanatorium; we were attracted by the presence of a spacious swimming pool and the close location of the Arena ski complex. The quantity and quality of procedures were excellent (it should be taken into account that this was our first time at the sanatorium in order to improve our health). The medical staff is very friendly, welcoming, and competent. Everywhere in the resort is clean and tidy. Room cleaning - every day. We lived in 1 building. The dining room has delicious homemade food. The sanatorium is conveniently located: not far from the center, and wonderful forest routes for walks right next to the porch. Beautiful nature, wonderful people who love this nature. Thanks to everyone who was involved in our vacation. It's a pity that wars bring grief to a wonderful holiday.
