I liked the deluxe room, the only negative is that there is no telephone in the room and no socket in the bathroom. The staff is friendly, with rare exceptions.Negatives
The food in the sanatorium is tasty, but monotonous, the choice is small. I didn’t like that you had to wait for everything, there was no self-service system. The dining room positions itself as a buffet, it did not live up to our expectations at all, the food trays smell unpleasant, we had to treat them with an antiseptic every time before putting the plates down. There are few fruits, no juices at all, only fruit drinks and compote. I didn't like the spa at all. The sauna system operates only on weekends; on regular days, only 2 saunas are open, a steam bath and a Finnish sauna. There are few massagers in the pool, you had to ask each time for the waterfall to be turned on, and they don’t provide towels in the spa. Many procedures work on a first-come, first-served basis; you spend a lot of time waiting.

The food is monotonous, although it’s good that it’s dietary. there was absolutely no fruit. There was never enough watermelon. The room is dusty, as I have asthma, I was very out of breath at night. The lack of sleep due to the noise under the windows was simply terrible. There are cafe tables under the windows, where people sat for up to 12 o’clock, shouting and laughing. If the sanatorium doesn’t respect sleeping hours, then it’s just a disgrace.

In this sanatorium, disabled children are in a separate building, but food and treatment are combined. Looking at them and their parents my heart bleeds.

Regarding food. There are no big complaints about the food itself, but it could be more varied. But the presentation itself is outdated, very reminiscent of a canteen from the past.

For me, the second courses seemed a bit greasy. And the soups and salads and caramelized fruits were excellent. I also didn’t like that they came to the pool without hats. As soon as a client appeared with a head of tangled dreadlocks more than 1 meter long, I stopped visiting the pool and jacuzzi. And it shocked everyone .

There was no hot water for 3 days. Couldn't visit the pool. The food was very poor, the mashed potatoes did not resemble potatoes. There is little food on display. We didn’t always get fruit. The bread was black, only the crusts, where the centers had disappeared. We arrived at the sanatorium late in the evening and there was no dinner and no compensation. I had to go into town and look for somewhere to eat. All restaurants and shops were closed.

1) TV programs are terrible. There is not one for normal viewing. Either news or a blank screen. There is no BBC in English. Even local Lithuanian channels could not be watched - no signal!!! 2) The Internet was slow in the evening. But it shouldn't. 3) The water was turned off for 2 days - this is unacceptable for those who came for just a week. We need to warn you. 4) The pool was not open for half a day after lunch. The pool is the basis of treatment!!!
