There was no hot water for 3 days. Couldn't visit the pool. The food was very poor, the mashed potatoes did not resemble potatoes. There is little food on display. We didn’t always get fruit. The bread was black, only the crusts, where the centers had disappeared. We arrived at the sanatorium late in the evening and there was no dinner and no compensation. I had to go into town and look for somewhere to eat. All restaurants and shops were closed.

1) TV programs are terrible. There is not one for normal viewing. Either news or a blank screen. There is no BBC in English. Even local Lithuanian channels could not be watched - no signal!!! 2) The Internet was slow in the evening. But it shouldn't. 3) The water was turned off for 2 days - this is unacceptable for those who came for just a week. We need to warn you. 4) The pool was not open for half a day after lunch. The pool is the basis of treatment!!!

This was not the first time that my wife and I came to Druskininkai and stayed in hotels, buying only treatment. In May 2023, for the first time we decided to buy an all-inclusive package: plane, transfer, accommodation, food and treatment. In the sanatorium Belarus all services are at the highest level. We really enjoyed this trip. The procedures are carried out by real professionals, specialists in their field. The entire staff is very caring and helps resolve all issues. The treatment departments are spacious, with greenhouse passages between them that make it easy to get to any building. This is convenient when you go hot after mud or baths. The food is varied, quite dietary dishes. The rooms are excellent, clean. The beds are comfortable. The pool is clean and beautiful. We'd love to come back again. We recommend this resort. We thank all the people who help organize such a wonderful vacation.Negatives
I would like the pool area to be open until 21.00. Many vacationers spoke about this. Dinner from 18.00 to 19.30. Even if you come at 18.00 for dinner and stay until 18.30, then have an hour break after eating, you won’t have time to go to the pool, it closes at 20.00. It's a shame, I would like to go for a swim before going to bed.

There is no negativity. I arrived with a treatment card from the Europa Fit Heviz treatment center. I was treated by Veronica Moll. The doctor at the Belarus sanatorium did not prescribe for me the procedures that I had done during 3 visits to Heviz, and did not provide similar ones. Although some were in this sanatorium. I barely managed to get appointments for mud treatments. The procedures prescribed for her did not bring any obvious therapeutic effect compared to the treatment in Heviz. The negative is the lack of a centrifuge for swimwear and swimming trunks in the Spa.

Excellent location near the park. The Neman flows nearby. It's a leisurely 15 minutes to the main street and the lake. All bus stops are nearby. Accommodation, the rooms have everything you need, including bathrobes. The staff is attentive and pleasant to talk to. The food is varied and tasty. Vegetables and fruits constantly. Great pool, saunas and jacuzzi. Time flew by unnoticed, it was a pity to leave.

I would like to note the impeccable work of all the staff, professional and polite. Special thanks to the food workers: delicious and varied. Thank you for the massage Danute, the girls of the health and wellness center, mud therapy, hydrotherapy. Special thanks to Thomas for the transfer, everything was clear and on time. On some floors, including 8, where we lived, the beds are very low, it is difficult for people with musculoskeletal problems to get up, and the pillows are very bad; they need to be changed in a timely manner.

Regarding the working hours of the pool - I personally missed swimming in the morning before breakfast, and my husband - on the contrary - was told that it would be better until 9 pm :) or maybe there would be an opportunity to visit several times a day. Manual massage - at least 15 minutes, and if you want 30 minutes. :)

On the sanatorium’s portal it is written that you can visit the pool without restrictions, the doctor also says the same, but one employee at the reception claimed that only once a day. I had to check with the doctor. To which she answered me, because of such doctors and problems arise. This left a bad taste; in the future I would not want to meet such an unfriendly and arrogant employee.
