I came to treat my problematic intestines, but the therapist didn’t even refer me to gastroenterology. I had to go and beg for a coupon. Too many people from the street who come to the pool. There is no place for sanatorium patients to swim or warm up in the sauna. The entire parking lot is filled with cars of staff and construction workers; patients have to park outside the sanatorium, although the sanatorium charges money for parking. Several times the car was blocked and it was impossible to leave (mostly by the sanatorium employees). The food is very monotonous (many minced meat dishes under different names). The staff in the dining room sometimes cannot serve such a stream of people (my husband waited for soup for 30 minutes. In the end, he left without having lunch - he had to go to the procedure. I came for lunch after him, so they gave me his second in a box. While he went to the procedures, the food was already cold. Naturally, he didn’t eat cold food (I don’t think you would either). It would be nice if the staff thought about what procedures were prescribed and in what order (I was prescribed aerobics right after the enemas!). Only one The employee of the sanatorium was rude (a brunette with glasses at the reception). She repeated to us several times upon arrival that she had a lot of things to do, and we seemed to be disturbing her, she didn’t even have time for us to pay for our stay. She told us to come back later. In general, we did not feel that our arrival was welcome.

I liked everything very much: excellent quality of treatment, comfortable living conditions, completely decent food, of course, you need to order what you want. Very nice service staff. Sometimes it seems that the staff's attention and their smiles also heal. The procedures of therapeutic baths, swimming pools and saunas were kindly arranged. The sanatorium is located in a very beautiful and convenient location, spacious area, lots of greenery. I think that we will visit this sanatorium again and again, and we will recommend it to others. An unthought-out procedure for attending prescribed procedures. Every day you have to select procedures from the book. It would be much more convenient to write down the procedures for each day on one sheet of paper. For a week we looked for tennis rackets and balls - we couldn’t find them. We bought our own, played once, and the next day the table was dismantled. Obviously, there were no people willing to play except us in the sanatorium.

In a word, this is what economy option for ulcer sufferers, I definitely don’t recommend this sanatorium

Almost everything is wonderful! If you are too picky, then, for example, in the Egle sanatorium they give a printout of the procedures for every day (in Belarus this is the case at the Sosny sanatorium on Naroch), here you need to write it out from the book yourself. But this is not a big problem!

Of all the staff there was only one lady who was not pleasant, on the second floor in the meniral baths. Because of her, I went once instead of four. This one spoils the picture, but everyone is smart. Well, health documents, don’t worry too much, no one looks at them.
