Construction of a new house and major renovation of the medical building of the sanatorium are underway right on the territory. From 7 to 19 on weekdays there is a lot of noise. And one more thing: in a sanatorium aimed at people with musculoskeletal problems, there should be baths/mini pools in which people with these problems can dive.

We vacationed at the sanatorium in July. We lived in a 10-story new building. We all liked the food, the treatment, the work of the staff, the territory of the sanatorium. The town itself is small, the people are friendly, they speak Russian. We will be happy to visit the sanatorium again.Negatives

very old, creepy elevators. For some procedures, the time was indicated from 8 to 12 and in most cases you had to stand in line. I also didn’t like the fact that not all procedures are free, and there is no information in advance. A person goes and expects certain procedures, but upon arrival it turns out that this is paid.

During my stay there was an influx of midges. True, you can easily protect yourself from it with the help of clove oil, which is sold in pharmacies in Druskeniki (less than 3 euros).

There were a lot of midges, I didn’t always like the food, the soups weren’t very tasty, it was better not to take fish dishes at all. Portions are more likely for women, for men they are quite small. The coffee is simply terrible, cocoa too. There was juice only in the morning, for lunch a glass of compote or jelly and that’s it, it’s good that there was a store nearby, so we bought juices there. Table tennis is paid, but not expensive (1.50 euros). Tennis is also paid (8 euros per hour). Parking is also paid, not expensive (1 euro per day). But despite the listed shortcomings, overall we were very pleased with our vacation, and maybe in a year we would visit this place again.

Excellent price/quality ratio. The sanatorium is in the very center of the resort, next to the forest. Good job by all the staff. Room cleaning and service in the dining room are very decent. Breakfast is a buffet (modest), but you won’t leave hungry; lunch and dinner are made to order.Negatives
On some floors the beds were replaced - they became very narrow, about 80 cm, which is very uncomfortable. But on some floors the beds were of normal width. Those who don’t like “low” pillows, keep in mind that they are present here. In May, children's groups trained in the pool in the evening 3 times a week after 18:00, which was also not very convenient due to the crowds of people.

The room leaves much to be desired. The building is after renovation, but the renovation was done according to Soviet standards: the toilet sits in the middle of a small bathroom (it could be attributed to the wall itself), the shelves in the bathroom are all dangling (I did the renovation work myself). The bed is changed once a week and you need to remind them. The food is not up to European standards.

As for the gastrointestinal tract, not everything is as good as we would like. There was a problem with the dosage and time of taking mineral water, and it was almost impossible to get a consultation with a gastroenterologist, so I did not receive treatment for my gastrointestinal disease. The food is ok, except for the first courses, the soups are not tasty.
