I really enjoyed staying in this Belarus sanatorium. Everything is great! They accepted and accommodated me quickly, on the same day Saturday I had an appointment with a doctor and the next day the procedures began in full. The attitude of the staff is polite and correct. The food was good, the food was simple but tasty. The nature is beautiful, the air is great, the area is large. I was satisfied with my vacation and plan to come again.

1. I would like the menu to change. After 2 weeks I’m tired of all the monotony. 2. When you enter the reception desk, it’s very uncomfortable, you don’t even want to be there. And the people on duty at the reception desk don’t give any information --- at all. Maybe come up with some kind of package-folder for visitors, which will contain all the necessary information from the offered paid services to excursions, and place these folders in the rooms so as not to run around and find out from one person to another. You won’t see a smile on your face, I have a feeling that all of us who come have already had enough of them all. 3. Excellent transitions from building to building. And the question is, why not organize a corner in this way, where there will be a shelf with books, where you can just sit and play the same games?

We were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable temperature in the SPA, both indoors and in all the pools. This is very rare these days! Everything is very clean and newly renovated. The sanatorium definitely corresponds to the level!

Payment only in cash. The cafe with cocktails and tea closes early and I only had time twice. It's very beautiful there - I wish it was open longer. You can’t change wet towels at the end of the day yourself, and in the morning you have to run to the procedures. I bought a towel at the store. The coffee machine is turned off for dinner.

we are not satisfied with the work of transfer.. if you cannot offer transportation to sanatorium clients from Kaunas airport, then there must be another, flexible solution to this issue. The conversation on the phone with Olga about the transfer turned out to be negative and quite unpleasant, etc., unfortunately.

In Germany, the Egle sanatorium is highly advertised, but I want to say that Belarus is better!!! Thanks to everyone.. We spent 1 week at the Sanatorium as a family with two children. We really liked everything. First of all, the food is very tasty, there is always something to choose from, there is a buffet system, which is very convenient when you are with children. Many thanks to the staff in the dining room, they were very pleasant, polite, kept order and cleared the dishes from the table immediately. I liked the fact that the staff paid great attention to the elderly, helped bring food, asked about wishes, helped to get to the table. Staying at the hotel is very comfortable, cleaning daily, towels changed daily, large bed. All the procedures we had with friendly, attentive staff, the procedures themselves were of very high quality. Huge selection for an additional fee. I was very pleased that you can use the pool and sauna for free. The pool is large, there are many different saunas, but during our stay, only once were they all open. The passages that are decorated with flowers, the herbal bar where they put their love into these flowers, it’s just a fairy tale. And of course, one cannot fail to note the cleanliness everywhere, absolutely everywhere, in any room, corridor, outside, such order. This is a sanatorium in which a huge amount of love, time and money is invested. Entertainment program from 17.00, thanks to the organizer Tatyana, a very pleasant woman, with an approach to everyone, without her it would be boring in the evening. The sanatorium itself is located in a convenient location, the center is 500 meters away, a cable car, a water park, a snow arena, an entertainment center for children, there was a lot more for children, but it will open later, as it gets warmer. We liked the town itself, it was nice to walk the streets and breathe fresh air. For us, this is the first experience of a holiday with treatment, we did not expect that we would like it very much, we are still delighted to tell everyone and recommend it to our friends and family. We will definitely return. Thank you everyone for your work!!!!
