Positive is an understatement, this hotel (Kurhotel Central) is absolutely fabulous. When we arrived, I was doing the eighty year old "shuffle", when we left I was dancing the "Tango". This hotel may be "antique", but the personnel are very modern, very polite and very, very helpful. The food is splendid, congratulations to the cook and all of his staff - we couldn't wait to be served a new speciality every day - and a very big "thank you" to all of the friendly waitresses and their supervisor. Every minute spent in this restaurant was pure joy! And now to the medical procedures, the "endovac" sure got me moving again, the "hydrojet" got rid of my aches and pains, and the massages given by Mr. Moskalenko hit the right spots/aches right on - absolutely fabulous. The swimming pool is good - the Jacuzzi could be a tad larger, but is fabulous. The staff handling all of the procedures/treatments were very helpful and polite - and always understood my wishes - thank you! The location is fantastic, out of the door and within 100 meters one is in the equivalent of "Bond Street/London" and the paradise of walks beside the thermal river/trees is complemented by fabulous bars/restaurants. I used to visit Karlovy Vary 50 years ago, at that time an old, run-down antique city, now it is modern and a dream to visit - we already know that we will often return to the "Central" hotel in the future - and highly recommend this hotel to everybody that wants to rejuvenate and have some fun and happy shopping at the same time - a very big "Thank You" to all the staff for a wonderful time...... Уважаемая госпожа Ромашко! Вы приезжали в наш отель на лечение проживание в одноместном номере, трехразовое диетическое! питание и лечение 2-3 процедуры, назначенные врачом после осмотра. Бассейн, джакузи, фитнесцентр, бильярд, настольный теннис. И все это по цене 90 Евро в сутки! Концерты и выступления артистов не презентовались и в цену не входили. A wonderful, intimate hotel in the very center of the resort, within walking distance from the springs. The hotel staff is very responsive and friendly, almost every guest receives an individual approach, which I felt towards myself. The rooms are comfortable, clean and cozy, cleaned every day. The food is dietary, lots of vegetables, herbs and green salads. I was satisfied with my vacation.Negatives

The hotel is located in the very center near the theater, but despite this, the rooms are not noisy at all and you can sleep with the window open. The rooms are large and very comfortable, with a wonderful view of the Tepla River and the surrounding forests that surround the city. I would especially like to acknowledge the work of all the staff, who made our stay very comfortable. The reception staff, medical staff, doctor, kitchen and restaurant staff are great people and professionals in their field. The hotel is very careful about the frequency, special thanks to the girls who cleaned. The hotel has a great pool and a small fitness room. We recovered very well in the hotel. We were warmly welcomed. There was a small misunderstanding (our son wasn't on the computer), but it was quickly resolved. We were actually positively surprised about diet food. We enjoyed everything very much. The staff in the restaurant was super nice. We were assigned a table where we were allowed to sit throughout our vacation, which is also very practical. There were always different types of tea for lunch and dinner. The wellness area is also very nicely decorated, although you have to pay extra for the sauna, but it was also really nice. You remain undisturbed. When we arrived at the hotel there were not so many people, food was always brought quickly in the dining room, but then, when there were a lot of people, we waited for food for 20-30 minutes, we had to ask when they would feed us, the waiters did not have time. Уважаемый господин Александр, приготовление главных теплых блюд занимает определенное время 20-30 минут, в течение которого Вам предполагались салаты и закуски на шведской линии. Постельное белье Вам меняли на каждый третий день. Замечаний и просьб от Вас во время проживания не поступало. Паркинги в центре пешеходной зоны принадлежат городским властям и их количество ествественно ограничено не отелем. Ближайший городской паркинг от отеля находится 150 метров, что не так далеко.

Three weeks flew by like 3 days. I didn't want to leave. The hotel itself is clean, although the interior is vintage, I liked it, such a special atmosphere seems to take you back to the past. My room with a balcony overlooked the city - a gorgeous view. The food is excellent. Special thanks to the cooks - everything is so tasty and homemade. Every day a variety of very tasty salads - you could eat salads alone) and of course the friendly staff. Svetlana and Lyubov are nice girls, very attentive, kind and always smiling. Thank them very much. Alexander and the other girl at the reception are responsive and always friendly. The procedures are good, the nurses are kind and attentive. This is not a sanatorium - as a doctor I can assure you! They don't even test for sugar! This is a hotel with certain procedures adapted! The director is a harsh person! Forgetting that the hotel is for people! Учитывая Ваше поведение в ресторане (рассказ о своих путешествиях, ученой степени доктора, ежедневное наполнение своей вместительной сумки бутербродами, сыром, блинчиками, фруктами) другие гости попросили сделать Вам замечание, чтобы их не отвлекали. Вы извинились и мы надеялись, что инцидент исчерпан, но... Очевидно в данный момент Вам необходимо обратиться не в санаторный отель. Желаем Вам выздоровления!
