It is the third time we have stayed here and, without a doubt, we will repeat due to the quality of the treatments, organization and location of the spa. The main courses, which we ordered, are good, but the salad buffet has noticeably worsened since our last stay in 2015 and 2019.Negatives
The beds are VERY HARD and NOT AT ALL COMFORTABLE, as are the pillows, large, shapeless and unmade. We have spoken to other guests and they have the same opinion. It's just that you go to rest and it seems that you are punished, sometimes without sleeping all night because of the mattress... Towels are changed only once a week, it would be advisable at least every 3 days. Cleaning consists of removing the trash, they did not clean the bathrooms even once in the 2 weeks of stay. It's not understood... Desserts are conspicuous by their absence. The only thing they put out is preserved compotes with candied fruit floating, neither healthy nor delicious.Positives

We rested from 03/24/24 to 04/6/24. All liked it. Upon request, we were given a room not far from the elevator. It’s good that the procedures are done on time, and are completed before 2 hours, enough free time. There are no complaints about the staff, everyone is very attentive and friendly. In our opinion, the food is normal; from the 5 dishes offered for lunch and dinner, you can always choose according to your taste. Always served fresh and hot. The portions are well... very large. Well, very modest food. No promised dietary, gluten-free, etc. food. Dinner includes one pre-selected online dish; often not very tasty. Therapeutic time has been reduced - where it used to be 20 minutes, now it’s 15 or even 10. Some of the medical staff are friendly and do their job well, such as Irene on gas injections, one of the sisters on peat baths (unfortunately I forgot her name) or massage therapist from office 2. Too many cons. The first is nutrition. The food is tasteless, the salads are somehow floating, for some reason the chopped vegetables float in the water and have a very unsightly appearance. Black tea brewed in a large cauldron is impossible to drink. My husband has a diabetic diet, which the waitresses constantly forgot about. Every morning for two weeks, the only cereal available is oatmeal; apparently the cook doesn’t even suspect that there are many other cereals in the world. Breakfast time is inconvenient from 7.15 to 9.00. And procedures are prescribed at this time. If you come for breakfast, for example, at 8.30, then many dishes are no longer there, even the notorious oatmeal. We were prescribed 5 carbon dioxide baths, in the first three there was almost no gas, and only the last two were as expected. It turns out there was some kind of breakdown, but no one said anything about it and the procedures were not replaced. I also really didn’t like the threatening reminders that if you lose your key or card, you have to pay 200 CZK, the same for rescheduling procedures. And even to measure the pressure, you have to pay. But what struck me most was the cleaning of the rooms, practically none at all. We complained to the reception, and in retaliation we received a “gas attack” from the maid; she poured so much bleach into the shower that we had to open all the windows and doors, otherwise it was impossible to stay in the room. A week later everything happened again. In the end, we gave up on “cleaning” altogether. We’ve been to different sanatoriums in different countries many times, but this is the first time we’ve encountered something like this. There are just minor things such as changing towels once in a week only. Design of our room was done in absolutely dreadful orange and bright red colors.
