We stayed at the Ulrika hotel from 04/12/2023 -04/21/2023. Good location of the hotel in the city center. The hotel is very beautiful and clean. The room is cozy, bedding and bathrobes were changed upon request. The procedures were performed in the first half of the day, which is very convenient!! All the staff are very polite and friendly!!!!! We will be happy to come again for relaxation and health prevention!! Many thanks to all the hotel staff for their hospitality!!!!Negatives
There was a shortage of staff everywhere. The food was good, but I would have liked more variety. There are few Russian television channels. Only tea was left in the room (I would like to drink coffee sometimes). Among the hygiene products, there were no cotton swabs, cotton swabs, or hair conditioner. The lobby bar is open from 15.00 to 18.00 and 20 to 20.30 for half an hour in the evening!!!. Billiards until 20.00. It was my mother’s birthday, no card, no nice little thing from the hotel. The bed was changed once in 6 days! Housekeeping took out the trash and changed towels. Dirty glasses/cups stood for the entire 6 days. Все одноместные номера имеют вид во двор отеля и их размеры указаны на сайте., Ваш номер точно также выходил окнами во двор, а не на стену и со стороны отеля Вам было предложено за доплату, если Вас это не устраивает, поменять на просторный двухместный номер с видом на ул. Садовая. Одноместных номеров с видом на улицу в отеле нет. Полная уборка номера и смена постельного белья производится каждые 4 дня/3 ночи проживания, что указано и на сайте отеля. Мусор выносится каждый день,,также уборка ванной комнаты и смена полотенец, если они оставлены на полу, производится каждый день. Все актуальные информации есть на нашем сайте и соответствуют действительности. Еда в ресторане дополняется постоянно в течение времени, когда проходят завтрак и ужин. Алла Моцова,отдел бронирования

Добрый день, уважаемая госпожа Пенски, вы забронировали номер категории Комфорт, который вам был предоставлен, вид кроватей не заказывается. Практически все номера Комфорт имеют 2 отдельные кровати, за исключением нескольких номеров этой категории. Никакого пожелания или примечания к брони от вас не пришло. Когда клиент нам посылает пожелание, мы стараемся - хотя без 100% гарантии- пойти навстречу, однако с вашем случае никаких пожеланий не было и мы предоставили вам номер в соответствии с вашим заказом. Одна большая кровать как правило в номерах Супериор, которые дороже. Уборка в номере в соответстии со стандартами отеля конечно же включена в цену, однако в Вашем номере дошло к сильному повреждению материала подголовника от краски для волос и несмотря на то, что вы пишите что вам удалось стереть краску, к сожалению это не так и следы от краски так на нем и остались. Такое повреждение не является предметом стандартной уборки и согласно Правилам проживания, которые опубликованы на нашем сайте, их отстранение необходимо оплатить. тем не менее даже в этом случае вам ничего оплачивать не пришлось. Good treatments, especially the massage was very good. Very friendly women in the electrotherapy and downstairs in the water therapy area. Kitchen staff tried very hard. We vacationed from November 6 to 18 with a group of 6 families. Everything was perfect. The hotel staff were very respectful, helpful and friendly. There was always enough food, at least 3-4 dishes to choose from. The procedures are standard, as in other sanatoriums. But the devices are new, modern. We will definitely return to this hotel.
