Добрый день, действительно, вечером, когда работник рецепции уходит закрыть бассейны, закрывается по причинам безопасности и отель, об этом на стойке рецепции написано, Очень жаль, что именно в этот момент Вы пришли и не смогли сразу попасть в отель, а несколько минут вынуждены были ждать. Температура воды в бассейнах соответствует нормам и требованиям гигиенической организации, которая постоянно бассейны контролирует. Информация о непредвиденной поломке и ремонте джакузи на 1 этаже была вовремя всем сообщена. Это произошло не по вине отеля, на работе бассейнов, саун, джакузи на 3 этаже в просторах плавательного бассейна это не отразилось, более того: время их работы было продлено а то до 21.00. Добрый день, спасибо за высокую оценку работы нашего персонала, который всегда рад гостям и делает все, чтобы наши гости были довольны. В лечебный пакет входят практически все лечебные процедуры, однако действительно ряд процедур не является составной частье пакета и их нужно оплачивать дополнительно, флоатинг, классический или арома массаж на 90 минут в пакет входит частичный только, массаж медовый, лавовыми камнями, флоатинг, многофункциональная ванна NeoQi , солярий и т.д.. В настоящий момент к сожалению закрыта по техническим причинам промывание кишечника, криотерапия, но делаем все возможное чтобы и эти процедуры как можно скорее были у нас доспупны. Cleaning, towel replacement and garbage disposal - once every three days. Detergents - one disposable soap, shampoo and washing gel, regardless of length of stay. The robe is not changed for the entire stay. The food is scarce, monotonous, in small quantities and obviously from the cheapest products. It is only enough for the first hour of the restaurant, and then... Forget about fruits, herbs, pastries, they don’t even know about their existence. The treatment base is minimal, everyone is given the same thing as a carbon copy. The doctor was seen only once upon arrival. The medical staff consists of 4 employees who work in shifts. They put in procedures. they run to get a massage, and during breaks they shovel water on the floor of the pool. During the procedures, no one is interested in you; you get up on your own when the bell rings. If you can’t remove the device from your back, then one of the patients helps.. In short, the savings are so strong that they are already on the verge of miserliness. I hate to even list what doesn’t work in this hotel. Of course, the Crown makes its own adjustments, but..... We paid a real price, but the services we received were mythical. This hotel is a stretch even for three stars, but there is no trace of 4. Remains on the glory of the previous owner.
