Cool hotel deserves 4 stars. A very nice pool and jacuzzi as well as a separate room with mo/su saunas + good views of the forest through large windows along the bossein and jacuzzi. The food is good, the choice is not small, but I would like for dinner to accept orders for ready-made dishes, I think it’s convenient and saves money for the hotel. The service was pleasant and also thank you very much for returning the smartphone and camera left in the room. On our next visit to Marianske Lazne, we will most likely choose this hotel again, mostly because of the pool with a jacuzzi, which not all hotels have or are small.Negatives
Mostly little things. I would like more bubbles and stronger hydromassage jets in the jacuzzi. Is it possible to add landscaping outside next to the pool to complement the beautiful forest view? The Svoboda sanatorium is wonderfully located. Near a colonnade, near a forest. Nice big rooms. Nice beds (the pillow was not very good) Nice pool and sauna. We took a minimum of procedures, so I can’t say anything about the treatment.Negatives
1.Compared to last year, the staff speaking Russian has decreased significantly. Even at the reception they hardly speak Russian. 2. Nice sauna, but to enter you must be naked. I understand that this is the bathing culture in the Czech Republic and Germany, so we don't go to public baths. I really liked the resort, the atmosphere is most suitable for relaxation - not too many people, a lot of greenery, unlike, for example, Karlovy Vary. Almost every hotel is located either in a forest park or nearby. The location of the Svoboda Hotel is simply ideal - close to the Colonnade and the beech alley and forest park.
