The dining room of the sanatorium is overcrowded with people, the room is not designed for such a number!!!!! The food is too close, everyone is sorting, several people are taking from one container... Nothing is closed. The food is quite fatty... There should be no bacon, etc. in sanatoriums. dishes. A 9-year-old child caught an intestinal virus and we were forced to leave. With so many people, it is necessary to distribute the time, and so everyone goes at the same time. This is completely unsanitary!!!

1. Procedures timetable and location is randomly set up, so you have go often between buildings A, B and C. Difficult if you have mobilty problems. 2. Rehab doctors consultation was 20and 10 min! What kind of evaluation can be done in such a short time????!!! So evaluation is superficial. Just to place the procedures acc. to the package. Call this appoinment better droctor´s suggestions than consultation. 3. Typical unhealthy Lithuanian food. The kitchen has to meet more international guests´needs and expectations.

Thank you, we liked it. The staff is friendly, pleasant procedures, beautiful and charming nature, river, forest, peaceful rest. The menu is varied and delicious, the room is cleaned daily, special thanks to the maids. We recommend a vacation at the Egle Comfort sanatorium. We will be happy to come again .

The sanatorium is located in a magnificent park on the banks of the Neman. A wonderful swimming pool and very good hydrotherapy procedures. We took a mini package and, in addition to hydrotherapy, it included 15-minute baths, it was nice. The rest of the procedures offered in the package were unnecessary: aromatherapy, a stay in the salt room or audio relaxation. We wanted to purchase more procedures, but apart from a 15-minute massage they couldn’t offer us anything, although the sanatorium has various types of procedures, but we couldn’t get from the doctor or at the reception how they can be obtained and how much it costs. Despite this, we were very satisfied Air , walks in the forest, clean rooms, although it was strange that the spa sanatorium did not have body cream and hair conditioner The food was quite tasty and the service was good

Russian channels have been removed. There are only 3 German ones. A bunch of Ukrainian channels that no one needs. In the evening there is nothing to do except walk.

We come to you every year, but due to the Covid epidemic, when we physically could not come and you could not receive us, this year fell out, and since only the last 3 years are taken into account, we still have a silver one. It’s a shame, because all the world’s networks have extended their loyalty level for a year due to the pandemic. Usually I am staying in Egle Druskuninkaj, this time I booked Egle Birshtonas. Place is lovely, but they don’t have all the treatments which are available in Druskininkaj resort. I did ask for the transfer to the Druskininkaj and it was arrange next day. Really happy with great quality of services. Also transfer from and to the airport was fantastic. First time in this sanatorium - February 2022. Excellent medical facilities, the organization of procedures took into account all personal requests. The staff is very welcoming. The location of the resort is also very good. And probably not an unimportant issue, the food was also well organized. 👏Negatives

The schedule of procedures was very well laid out. The food menu in the dining room has improved (the last time we were in 2019 and I was a little tired of the same thing every day) And this time there is a variety of fish and meat, liver and even tongue. Respect to the chef! We are also grateful that the swimming pool and saunas are open during the day! Another special thanks to the massage therapists Rasa Pikalavičiene and Tomas Karsauskas (worked on February 19 in room C215)! In 15 minutes they created a miracle.
