All cleaning consisted of taking out the trash, changing towels and bed linen every three days, and wiping down the plumbing fixtures and floors in the bathroom.

Unfortunately, during the massage, the specialist who performed this procedure was clearly ill with a cold-like respiratory disease. As a result, within a day both my wife and I were already sick. The last 3-4 days of our holiday were overshadowed by the refusal of water procedures and walks in the fresh air. We kindly ask you to monitor the health of your staff and not allow them to work if they have viral infections. However, nothing fatal happened. See you again!

I am a gold client of the EGLE sanatoriums. On my last visit (December 5-13 this year) I was unpleasantly surprised: in the corridors of the public areas of the sanatorium they installed air aromatization, the aroma is very strong and intrusive.. I am an allergy sufferer, I come to the sanatorium to breathe pine air. Instead, I suffered every time I walked through the corridors, trying not to deeply inhale this vile chemical or even holding my breath. My nose and throat constantly felt sore, I ended up coming home with an exacerbation of bronchitis, and now I’m on sick leave. On December 9, at the sanatorium, I had my second appointment with the doctor in room B247, and told the doctor that such obsessive, excessive aromatization causes allergies. The doctor's reaction really surprised me. The doctor said; “Write about this in a review.” And so I write in a review, but for me this aromatization already has serious consequences. I myself am a hotel worker with 28 years of experience and I can say that good chain hotels have already “played enough” with aromatization of public areas. There were a lot of complaints from guests. I myself had the opportunity to conduct tenders for the services of companies providing flavoring. They all say that their products are hypoallergenic, don’t believe it, it’s a lie. Most fragrances are chemicals that are harmful to health. But even if the aroma consists of natural ingredients, it still (even more so) causes allergies. And due to the poor environment and sedentary lifestyle, there are a lot of allergy sufferers. and the people who come to the sanatorium, by definition, are not quite young and not quite healthy. I understand that additional aromatization is needed in restrooms, but people don’t stay there for long. And you have to walk a lot along the long corridors in the EGLE sanatorium and inhale harmful chemicals. I was planning to make a reservation for the end of February 2020 for 8 nights, but I would like an answer regarding flavoring. If aromatization is not removed from the corridors of public areas and the corridors of residential buildings, I will no longer be able to visit this sanatorium and will not recommend it to any of my friends. Instead of a chemical fragrance, it is better to organize good supply ventilation with air intake from the street: around the sanatorium there is a beautiful pine forest with healing air. By Israeli standards, this is a 10-star hotel with excellent service, impeccable cleanliness and food for every taste.
