Unfortunately the hotel was too full. The tables were too narrow. No attention was paid to whether masks were worn in the dining room. Some guests helped themselves at the buffet with their fingers, some stood at the buffet eating with full plates, drank glasses filled with drinks at the drinking machine and put the used glasses back with the unused glasses. We complained about not wearing masks and the impossible actions in the dining room at the entrance to the dining room, and we were told that the lady was not responsible for pointing this out to the guests. We also raised our concerns at reception and put them in writing twice. There was no response and the sanatorium became more and more full with guests who did not comply with Corona conditions. And no one from the sanatorium was interested in it. For this reason, I advise everyone not to go there at the moment. Especially not if someone has immune problems. Stay away from there. It's really a shame for those who stick to it. 30 percent is too much for those who don't care and neither does the management

If, for example, you come to eat later than others, then many dishes are no longer available, and new ones are not brought. True, this was rare, but it happened. 2) Treatment. There are practically no procedures for treating the consequences of COVID 19 disease. And if there are, I would like at least some of them to be included in the proposed treatment package! They are not offered upon check-in, even for an additional fee. Those. We weren't offered it. Maybe they just don't exist?!

We really liked the work of the staff, the procedures, an excellent choice of buffet, you can choose food for your diet and just have a delicious meal. Luxury room, 2 large rooms, cleaning was done after 3 days. But if it was necessary earlier, you could come up and ask for cleaning more than once. Leisure activities included musical evenings on weekends, during the week you could visit the pool in the mornings, jog, tennis. I recommend to everyone.Negatives
Essentially, there are no negative reviews, if just the day of arrival the room was not ready, then the next day we simply moved to a better one in a more comfortable room

We were now at the Egles Sanatorium for the third time and noticed that the range of useful medical services has been expanded even further - while maintaining the previous high quality standards. Special praise also goes to the hotel management and staff, who tried everything to make the measures decided by the Lithuanian government due to the Corona virus bearable for the spa guests. We are already looking forward to the next treatment at the Egles Sanatorium and will continue to promote a stay in their exemplary sanatorium in Birstonaz to our circle of friends. Galina and Werner
