What disappointed us was that during the massage procedure, there was only one name; and I also wanted to note the hygiene in inhalation, all the tubes are washed in one sink, rinsed and then given to patients for use, from here my symptoms did not go away, there is no sterility!!!

Everything is excellent: excellent food, helpful staff, service, clean rooms. The sanatorium is located simply in a corner of paradise, where there is a forest or forest park in which squirrels run playfully; a river where ducks, seagulls and swans swim. In general, relaxation is not only inside the sanatorium, but also outside (nature and its melodies). You can rent bicycles, etc. for walks. Overall I recommend it!

The appointment of procedures is very formal, no one looks at the examinations brought, they just prescribe something, according to some program that is not visible and they do not even discuss with the person what he needs most. If you are looking for treatment, then this is not the place. I have more experience in sanatorium treatment. It's just a big conveyor belt. At the request to replace the magnet, which has not helped me for a long time, with ultrasound, they changed it for 5 minutes... everywhere they gave 10 minutes. etc. Only after 3 appointments with another doctor, I received the certificate I needed about my stay here. On weekends there are so many people in the pool, I think it hardly corresponds to some standards, and you just can’t see the water. The attitude is formal. This is not critical, but still. Not all specialists provide quality services. There was not enough information about who to contact if questions arise. It would be great to immediately evaluate the quality of the service received “Like/Dislike” on the spot. Of all the massage therapists who gave us a massage, only 3 specialists did an excellent job; we did not like the quality of the services provided by other massage therapists. Swimming pool: all staff are trained, qualified and friendly. Everyone is always smiling and this is very important. Only once we had a “vertical baths” class taught by a girl with blond hair, when she felt uneasy. She seemed unfriendly or unhappy. I wasn't the only one who thought this. Underwater massage: you can immediately see when you get to an experienced specialist, and when to a “newbie”. An experienced specialist will work on every centimeter of your body, but a beginner will go anywhere. Although the entire staff of the sanatorium is constantly asking whether everything is fine and whether everyone likes it. And we also wanted to see the view from the terrace in building B, but it was closed. I contacted the reception desk and they told me that since it was closed, it was impossible. The cafe is closed and there is no access. I made a request on the hotel website, but no one answered me. Unpleasant. They say opinion is important, but in fact it is not important. Nutrition: diet food is not always dietary, and regular food is too fatty and filling. As a result, the choice is quite limited, especially for people with allergies and other restrictions. Transfer: we were met at the wrong exit, we had to wait, worry, call. We were not offered an apology. Return transfer: the driver who accompanied us took us to the airport and left, placing our clean things on the dirty asphalt and without saying a word. Negative point: there were a lot of people and a lot of children in the sanatorium, including small ones and even infants. As a result, all day long in all common areas (dining room, corridors, reception areas, swimming pool, etc.) it was crowded and very noisy, children were running, screaming, and playing. It was more like a children's camp rather than a sanatorium for adults. Obviously, the Egle Comfort Birštonas sanatorium is great for parents with children, but is not suitable for people who need quiet treatment and relaxation

We lived in the sanatorium from November 4 to November 13, 2018, as a family of three (a 6-year-old child). The overall impressions are very positive. The procedures were never changed during the entire stay, because... completely coincided with our desires. The girls, the staff, are friendly and speak Russian well. During the procedures there were no coincidences with anyone and there were no misunderstandings regarding timing. We were completely satisfied with the food, including the child (ice cream every evening, lots of desserts), great variety, there were always free tables, no crowding, we sat and talked. I really liked the children's playroom, the child constantly asked to go there, there were a lot of children, but the staff arranged everything so that the children were all busy and passionate about the game. The rooms were cleaned every day, no complaints. Next year we will definitely go, we have been to different sanatoriums in different countries and we see the price-quality ratio of Egle Comfort.Negatives
We consider the difficulty with gas injections (carbon dioxide) to be a minus. During our stay we only received three injections, then the doctor went on vacation and another fell ill. We and many visitors came to the sanatorium with the hope of receiving these injections, but there were no options for solving this problem other than waiting. I believe that the administration needs to be prepared to resolve these issues and will ensure that all stated procedures are fully implemented. Secondly, we never found a height gauge in the sanatorium. When you go for spinal stretching procedures, you want to know how tall you are. There are scales near the entrance to the dining room; it would be nice to have a height indicator, at least like in Druskineski
