I liked everything very much. The food is excellent, home cooking. Food for every taste and need. The staff is absolutely amazing. There was a problem when checking in from the previous owners. Which was decided instantly. Cleaning was done regularly. Linens were changed 2 times. The room has everything. All requests were responded to immediately. All procedures are strictly timed. Sanatorium in a beautiful location. Everything is nearby, including shops, a park and a marina.Negatives
The only negative thing is that upon arrival, the previous occupants of the room spilled milk, which soaked through the cabinets and it was not immediately possible to determine where the stench came from; they had to dismantle the cabinet next to the refrigerator and the girls cleaned everything there. Another strange thing. At night in the suite, with the windows open, a strange knocking sound began. And someone was throwing trash around.😂 You turn on the light, there’s no one there. Well, clearly not a ghost... I decided that it was squirrels. There are a lot of them there. If you don't believe me, check it out 😂

They didn’t ask for any documents, everything has already been completed, just pay 😁 and move in. It’s a small thing, but it’s nice!!!😁 It’s our first time at the new SPA and we’re absolutely delighted! 👌👌👌 You can tell a lot, but it’s better to visit it yourself! No sound insulation, you can hear all the steps and neighbors. The furniture in the rooms is old, the mattresses are sagging. The pool is cool and very noisy; water aerobics is going on at the same time, children are jumping from the sides, and vacationers nearby are just having fun. Some of the procedures indicated on the sanatorium website are missing; you have to agree to others. I also didn’t like the free striptease for vacationers across the street at the Amberton Hotel during water procedures; it is necessary to cover the windows, as this is done during physical procedures.

The location is excellent - in the city center, but in a quiet place, on the banks of the Neman! Wonderful! Everything is within walking distance. The staff is wonderful, sensitive, friendly and attentive! The food is varied and delicious! The treatment is good, everything is in one place, very convenient! The pool is wonderful! It’s very convenient - in each “petal” of a flower in the pool there is an underwater massage on different parts of the body. I even liked the doubles, although I’m not a fan.Negatives
I can’t call it negative; I just didn’t notice it. Maybe this is also important for someone: there are no mud baths here! Wonderful mineral baths, but not mud baths! It didn’t even occur to me that they might not be there, so I didn’t pay attention to it in the description. But this is definitely a big minus: it turned out that there is practically no sound insulation between the rooms! I spent 2 sleepless nights of horror - I caught a terribly snoring neighbor! It seemed like he was right in my room... Then there were no neighbors - everything was great! And one more drawback, but tolerable: in a single room there is no space at all for outerwear and shoes. In winter this is not particularly convenient. There is much more positive, so the description of the negative is just for your information.

Many thanks to all the hotel staff. Super location of the building, SPA and medical procedures take place under one roof in this new building. They promised a swimming pool with mineral water in the booking, but the staff at the SPA shrugged their shoulders and said that at the moment there was none. 56 procedures for 8 days - it turned out to be a lot for us. There are a lot of water procedures in the cold month of December (with a powerful ventilation system), but it is our own fault (we caught a cold in the SPA), the doctor did not insist, we need to choose dry ones (for example, a hydromassage bed, a salt room, therapeutic light treatment - LED lamp, mud applications ). Pearl mineral baths are simply wonderful and warm. The massages are very good, but only 1 masseur heated the massage table and covered the back with a warm towel.Negatives
SPA procedures (baths, spa massages) must also be strictly timed, just like medical ones! And not force us to wait 2 hours until the massage therapist is free after our visit to the bathhouse, because... A 2-hour party in the pool (slightly warm) was not much pleasure for us, and we began to freeze and get sick (it’s better not to wait, but to leave - health is more valuable). There are no relaxation yoga classes, only water aerobics and exercise equipment (in a cool room in winter - this is just my personal opinion).

in the sanatorium you can really hear what’s going on around you - the neighbors’ conversations behind the wall in the evenings, and the cleaning of the corridors, you can hear everything very much!! if there was more soundproofing it would be much better!
