We spent a week in the hotel and were happy with the medical staff. They were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, lunch and dinner were OK, but the selection of salads was not that good, always the same throughout the week.Negatives
We were not satisfied with the room cleaning, the sheets were not changed for the whole week. The carpet in the room was stained. The whole hotel was showing its age and not four stars.

This is not the first time I have used the services of your sanatorium. However, if before the sanatorium had its own parking spaces, this time there were none. I had to leave the car far from the sanatorium, and for me, as a disabled person, it was difficult to walk from the parking lot.

I had imagined 8-9 mud treatments and drinking cures in the 3 weeks, which were not carried out. Was there no possibility? I also developed a type of kneecap inflammation in the 3rd week, which was treated with anesthetic injections. Was there no alternative treatment? Since it seemed to me that these incidents were known, was there no possibility of prevention? On the whole, I was very satisfied and am planning another orthopedic cure next year.

1. Less time between treatments and you still have to make breakfast in time at some point. That was very stressful for our bodies. 2. On March 26, 2024 I ordered a cold platter of smoked fish for dinner. I suspect that the fish wasn't fresh and that night I felt sick (diarrhea, vomiting and stomach pain). 2. The schnitzel or baked meatballs were very hard, spinach lasagna was burnt. 3. The sausage selection was not labeled and we couldn't eat it at all because we weren't allowed to eat pork. 4. The menu did not label which meat was made from, for example meatballs or cold platters 5. The floor carpet in the room was very old, with many old stains.

The Hotel Savoy is located in the city center of V. Franzen's bathroom. Very cozy, bright room with a view of the city. Very cheap, monitored parking spaces at the train station €3 per night, even cheaper from 2 weeks onwards, about a 10 minute walk to the hotel. In the city there is a beautiful children's playground, very nice parks, pedestrian paths, a lake. Clean city, we still enjoyed the Christmas decorations. The food was good, we had VP, that was too much, staff nice.Negatives
Good afternoon, we were overall satisfied with our stay from January 3rd, 2024 to January 16th, 2024. but on Saturday January 13, 24 we both (my husband and I) had Moor treatment in room 7, I at 8:00 a.m., my husband at 10:00 a.m., which was carried out by Barbara Pelikanova, her treatment had us very disappointed We spent the remaining few days there, but we didn't book the offer from November 17th to December 8th, 2024 for Z.252. (Family name Pelikanova may not be spelled quite correctly?)

The room was basically not cleaned during the entire stay. All that was needed was to fold the duvet, change towels once and refill toilet paper. We cleaned used glasses ourselves. For an apartment the room was very small and cramped. The carpet was very old, looked appropriate and smelled a bit. The food was actually subpar! Even if you didn't have any major expectations of the food in a 4-star hotel, you were still very disappointed. The salad buffet offered the same selection throughout the entire stay. There was basically no dessert buffet: there were either dry cookies or dry cakes, each with no choice (only one type) and not in sufficient quantities; the dessert buffet was often empty by 6 p.m. The food itself was tasteless, the mashed potatoes were made from a bag of water, the meat was dry and tasteless, the vegetables were overcooked, the sauce was watered down and overall not edible. For this reason, we often enjoyed the very good Czech cuisine when we were out. The breakfast buffet always offered the same offering. The eggs were boiled blue, the scrambled eggs were runny, the same offer of sausage and cheese, a single offer of a bowl of yoghurt and dry cake. Overall, the food was in no way equivalent to a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately we have to agree with the previous negative reviews. The so-called wellness offer refers to a small sauna and a swimming pool with rather cold water. There are no opportunities to relax or lie down. With the presence of 4 people, this uncomfortable wellness area is already overcrowded.

I don’t recommend Savoy, my son was booked into 2 rooms at the same time, and upon check-in they were told to pay for the room again, although there is a document about payment on the day of check-in. There are incompetent reception staff here, we couldn’t leave the hotel for 40 minutes, although a taxi was already waiting for us. We need to sue them in an international court for moral damages. Ruined all the good impressions.

It was very noticeable that everyone was saving on everything... food, tea, salads. Water temperature at the pool was stated on the board as 28 ridges, but was significantly colder. The heater in the sauna stopped heating at 7 p.m.

The floor in room 136 is very dirty, lots of stains. I tried to stay outside for 10 days, as long as possible. Disgusting!!! I booked a double room, PAID for the double room and got the key for the single room!!!! I was so disappointed that I felt very bad, like a stupid person who doesn't know what a single room is and what a double room is. I'm in reception and I'm served very unpleasantly by a young woman!!! I DON'T HAVE A DOUBLE ROOM FOR YOU!!! She said. But with what tone!!! But I have just paid for a double room!!!! In the end I have sanatorium. Called and wrote to COM, got €60 back, not immediately either. I had to call a few more times and they gave me the money back. But of course no one cared that I was disappointed and then felt sick for a few days. I sent you emails with the pictures back then. I will now ask my lawyer, I want at least 50% money back!!!
