The rooms were cleaned terribly, one might say that they didn’t clean them at all, they only pretended to. On Friday, September 1st we went to the reception to make the payment (Kurgebühr). But in the morning we already heard a story that one couple went to find out how much they had to pay, they were told one amount, while they went up to get the money, they were already told the amount was more than double. They didn’t pay and decided to sort it out after lunch. Like everyone else, we think that it only happened to them, and it won’t affect us. But that was not the case.... At the reception, a nice girl asked in what currency we would pay (we said, in euros), looked at the computer and wrote on a piece of paper the amount 1011, - I asked again with big eyes, IS THIS in euros?. We go up to the room, I open the refrigerator and I see that one bottle is missing, although when leaving, I checked everything and it was there. They show me that it is already on the table and is not complete. I explain that we didn’t touch them at all, I’ll pay, but this is not normal... Although a couple of days after we moved in, when we were putting our things in the refrigerator, my eyes caught what was in the bottle that was standing in the door, a little less water than there should be. I thought maybe that’s how they pour it. I can’t say who drank from the bottle, either it was the workers who were cleaning the coating, or a technician, or it was left over from previous vacationers and no one looked. After this incident, I now understand that before entering the room, you need to thoroughly check whether everything is in place. This is our second time at this hotel, but there has never been such a mess before.
