The dishes offered are all cooked in palm oil and are not tasty. There is no choice! There are no kettles in the nemers, and there is no way to get a glass of hot water when leaving the restaurant. After all, some clients use medicinal herbal teas and rinses. and other procedures. Soups in the restaurant are prepared from “cubes” with the addition of old chicken and other meat. All are not tasty!

Frantiskovy Lazne is, in my opinion, the best resort I have visited. Better than Luhacovice and Marianske Lazne. It really looks like a resort. Everything is very beautiful and comfortable. Huge parks that we couldn’t explore during our 2-week stay. The Savoy Hotel is located in the heart of the resort - almost ideal. Close to everything - transport, parks and shops. Comfortable room - for the first time there were two wardrobes in the room - separate for each guest. Excellent WIFI. Excellent shower with good pressure. Comfortable bed. Good TV with several Russian channels. The staff are almost all very friendly. Checking into the hotel is indicative. Because On this day there was a hurricane in the Czech Republic, the hotel was without light all day, but at the same time they settled us by candlelight without any problems, took our things to the 4th floor and fed us dinner. Medicine - Russian-speaking, pleasant doctor Olga in the Goethe Hotel connected to Savoy - i.e. no language barrier. I really liked the procedures - mud and mineral baths. I didn't want to leave. Food is average. We only had porridge for breakfast three times in two weeks. The rest of the day the only hot food is fried eggs and sausages/fried bacon/fried sausage. We didn't take lunch. Dinner was different - some were good, but some I couldn’t eat because... it was tasteless (for example, cold tasteless lentils as a side dish) The bill for accommodation and treatment at Sanatoriums was issued in euros. Because We had crowns in our hands, so I asked them to pay us in crowns. Unfortunately, I only checked the amount in kroons a week later. I contacted the administrator and found out that the calculation in kroons in Savoy was carried out according to some internal price list in kroons, and not by recalculating the booking amount from euros to kroons at the exchange rate. Thus, I overpaid by more than 2 thousand crowns (more than approximately 80 euros). It’s clear that it’s my own fault, but I’ve never had such problems before. Both in Luhačovice and Marianske Lazne I always paid in crowns when the bill was in euros; there they charged me crowns at the exchange rate on the day of payment. Next time I will know that I need to ask to recalculate according to the exchange rate, and not according to the kroon price list. Or I will pay in euros. Fortunately, you can withdraw euros from your card at the nearest ATM.

It seems to me that the price of a room in the attic on the 3rd floor should not be equal to the price of a room on the 1st or 2nd floor with a view of the park and a balcony. It’s a pity that at the reception it’s difficult to speak Russian.

I counted 15 mineral springs, all very effective, but the doctor, despite my discharge from the hospital and tests, did not describe it or suggest that I undergo water treatment. And the water there is no worse than Karlovy Vary. It's a shame that 7 days were in vain for my gastrointestinal tract. For those who are traveling, I highly recommend that our doctors schedule their water intake using the balneology directory. Although it is strange that the doctor, who speaks excellent Russian, limited herself to only warning that Glauber cleans very carefully, and did not prescribe treatment with water. I would like to diversify my stay at the resort. JSC "Frantiskovy Lazne" could take over the organization of excursions for Russian speakers and not resell to intermediary companies. The second disadvantage: the hotel saved on cleaning products. Shampoo, soap, change of linen - it was necessary to ask, I think in a 4* hotel this should not be the case.

Due to the lack of electricity, on October 14, mud wrapping and lymphatic drainage procedures were lost, and they were not reimbursed in any way. Last year, flip flops were stolen from Aquaforum, and this year a camera was stolen from under my nose in the bar of the Pavlik Hotel, after a flute and piano concert. I was surprised by the indifference of the bar and reception staff, who pretended that this did not concern them in any way. So, not everything is so rosy, you need to constantly keep yourself in good shape.

I really liked the treatment. With my bad spine, this was the only place I needed to go, and not to Karlovy Vary like last year, where they couldn’t even provide a quality massage. The Savoy Hotel offers great treatment; gymnastics in the pool with an instructor especially helped. After each lesson there was a feeling of lightness and as if all the bones had been replaced with new ones. I am very pleased with the rest, treatment and atmosphere at the resort.

Good treatment. They gave 1 main procedure and 2 additional ones. The main procedures are mainly either mud or mineral baths. They are the most important, everything else is just a formality in essence. I still don’t understand the therapeutic effect of a whirlpool bath - this is a jacuzzi in its purest form, which I take every day at home. Here it goes as a procedure. The massages are done well, but again it is better to come for at least 15 days so that everything together has an effect.
