Hungarian and German are spoken everywhere, except in the cafeteria and doctors. Very few people speak English. Not all translations are in Russian. This did not bother me and my daughter. In the evening there is silence, you can have a good rest with 1 channel and the Internet

The blankets are small, short, heavy and old, very old. It's high time to throw them away. The staff at the reception practically does not speak Russian. Therapeutic procedures, a swimming pool that opens at 6:30, a thermal pool, a salt room, delicious food, the kind attitude of the staff, all this created a wonderful holiday. Very close to the lake. I liked the staff, polite and friendly. Livia helped us at the reception, because... The rest don’t know Russian. She was always ready to help. There is a Russian speaking doctor. The hotel is calm. There were no queues for procedures, everything was clear and on time. There is a swimming pool with thermal water. The town is cozy, there are cafes and restaurants where you can eat delicious food. Boring and monotonous breakfast. No porridge. Food ordering system: they don’t always bring what you ordered, the Russian translation of the menu is not accurate. A buffet would be better. The procedures are the most standard. The staff does not speak Russian and very few speak English.
