This is not the first time I have been in the hotel for treatment, convenient location, cozy, clean, well-equipped hotel, with a package of the most necessary services. The room was cleaned every day, even on weekends, and towels were changed very often if desired. I was on vacation in March, it was cold outside, and it was very nice that the room was very warm. The staff in the hotel and treatment area are attentive to vacationers, all procedures are strictly timed, so no time was wasted. I really liked the doctor, all the prescriptions and the prescribed Ministry of Water gave positive results, I was even surprised myself... I would like to express special gratitude to Galina and Monika at the reception, they were very attentive. They tried to help in any matter. The holiday was wonderful if the unfortunate “virus” had not intervened and we were forced to leave Karlovy Vary, but this did not spoil the pleasant memories and positive results. This is our fifth visit to the Tchaikovsky Palace sanatorium. With a huge selection of hotels in Karlovy Vary, we have been giving preference to this sanatorium for five years. First of all, because this sanatorium has excellent staff. Thank you all so much!Negatives

I liked everything very much! The air, the silence, the service, everything is great. I liked the way the guide Alena (I think) conducted the excursion in Prague. She spoke very interestingly about the Czech Republic, very informative and interesting! Very good language! Enjoyed it. We went with a friend.Negatives
What I didn’t like: the disgusting attitude of Elena, the tour organizer, who is located at the Pavlov Hotel. At first she sent a message, invited... It would seem that everything was not bad.... But when we came to meet her, it began... We didn’t sit down here... We didn’t stand up here... Well, God bless him... I was interested in shopping once, she said that nothing could be better than Byront. It is not true. I would honestly say that they don’t go there from Karlovy Vary. But this is nonsense, but not pleasant. I’ve already been there and in Weiden before, and I prefer Weiden. The main thing was that we were told that the meeting was at the Pavlov hotel... I arrived in advance, but the bus arrived and was already full of people. Everyone had already been gathered to the sanatoriums... And I and a few other lucky ones found ourselves in an unpleasant situation... We had to take the worst places and also come to the gathering place, although the bus was passing by Tchaikovsky. It is neither understandable nor pleasant to feel like a second-class citizen. I paid the same money for the excursion as everyone else... The second negative case: a free excursion to Prague... We also arrived early at the Pavlov Hotel, buses arrived and it turned out that my friend and I were not on the list! Although we had a sheet with her notes that we were recorded. Of course, already sensing something was wrong, I came to her and was indignant... She “installed” us, but we again got the most disgusting places. This is her job...and Elena did it disgustingly! Our third friend is also not happy with the organization of the excursion to Bamberg, but she herself will talk about this in her review.

The doctor’s appointment lasted 3-5 minutes for both of us and my wife! There was no such inspection. Based on the procedures prescribed to us, we got the impression that the doctor was incompetent. Does the website www.sanatoriums.com know that in this sanatorium a large number of declared procedures are carried out only on a paid basis? We only found out about this at the doctor's office! Room cleaning is superficial (make the bed, change towels, if necessary, take out the trash, wipe the bathroom floor). Vacuuming is not necessary (Wi-Fi in our room was a problem... we had to catch the Internet in the hallway.

It was my first time in Karlovy Vary. Magnificent architecture and a wonderful place to relax. Stayed at the Tchaikovsky Palace Hotel. The hotel has a good location, but is a little elevated. The room is comfortable with a beautiful view of the Church of Peter and Paul. The room was cleaned every day, but superficially. The room was on the 4th floor, unfortunately we had to wait a very long time for hot water. - The food at the hotel is average and monotonous. The restaurant staff is polite, with great attention to guests. - The treatment base is good, but the procedures are carried out in shared rooms behind curtains, which has a huge disadvantage for treatment. Noisy staff, noisy rooms. Wellness and small pool. The springs themselves surprised us; the water from the springs is a treasure trove of Karlovy Vary. And you can always choose a hotel at your own discretion. Thanks for the rest.

As for food... The fish is simply disgusting. Telapia... It seems to me that it is impossible to eat! And to put the inscription “Sturgeon” over it is simply ridiculous! Are they taking the guests for fools?! This is our third time coming to this hotel. The unfriendliness of the staff in the medical department has become too noticeable... Has the salary been reduced?!

of the minuses: disgusting mattresses, practically no room cleaning, it’s good that they took out the trash, dirt and dust on the curtains, the windows haven’t been washed for many months! the floor heating in the shower room and the radiator were not fully functioning, there was confusion with elevators and treatment rooms, people wasted time in elevators and looking for their treatment room! Managers need to pay special attention to cleaning the rooms! This hotel is not particularly suitable for older people, because... stands on the mountain. When we were at this hotel a year ago = we had more positive impressions!

Quite a monotonous breakfast - from the hot there was always only a selection of sausages: (You could add cold salted fish. It is advisable to have a carafe of kefir not only for breakfast, but also for dinner. The whirlpool did not work in the wellness, but they said that this is how it should be , then it seemed like they fixed it, but on the very last day. One hour for wellness is not enough - you need at least an hour and a half.

The sanatorium is located on the most beautiful street of Karlovy Vary. This is the third time I have chosen this hotel and will come there again. We were accommodated in an excellent room with a magnificent view of the city, and received a bottle of champagne as a gift, a small change, but nice! I vacationed at the Tchaikovsky Palace sanatorium for the second time (reservation number 201308979) The location of the hotel is wonderful, I would like to repeat it... But the bad manners of the Staff are very noticeable, they do not understand that people are relaxing, talking loudly, riding in the elevator with dirty laundry along with vacationers, there is no chain of command. I express my deep gratitude to the physiotherapy department - they are friendly, competent, you enjoy these procedures, despite the fact that some of them are painful (gas injections). The bath compartment was completely damaged, the carbon dioxide bath was just a bath with hot water, after the remark was made, gas bubbles began to appear. Underwater massage in 2015, when I was there, was done by wonderful people, it was a pleasure to go to these procedures. Now they are very unpleasant staff and are only waiting for patients who will pay them extra. I missed 3 procedures because it was unpleasant to even attend them... Overall, the service became worse. It’s a shame - the sanatorium was wonderful, the treatment as well... I hope they take note and something will improve!
