A very beautiful small hotel, newly renovated, interesting design, excellent food, the spa center is very compact, but: 3 steam rooms, a fairly large swimming pool and, most importantly, there were always almost two of us, it works from morning to evening, the people are distributed, the medical department is small , but everything you need is there, everything is fast, professional, the attitude of the staff is beyond praise, it feels like you are staying with relatives. The hotel is new, small and therefore has an absolutely homely atmosphere - all the guests got to know each other and communicated like old friends. The staff is excellent: in the restaurant, Evgenia alone is worth it - she takes care of the guests like a mother of her children! It’s worth coming to this hotel only because of her. And the cook? This is just a treasure! The food is beyond praise. I also really liked the medical staff - the girls are caring, attentive and kind. "Ida and company", thank you very much! The salt and pepper shakers in the restaurant are just for appearance; none of them spill, the holes are very small. There is a samovar in the lobby by the pool, but there are no cups, only plastic cups, from which it is impossible to drink hot tea. 2 times I had to refuse to clean the room - they came to clean the room very late, during the afternoon rest, although no one was in the rooms before lunch during the procedures.Answer from Spa Hotel Corso

I have been coming to Karlovy Vary for 10 years and have been to various sanatoriums. Hotel Corso exceeded all expectations, all the staff are very friendly and responsive, ready to help with any request. Administrator Lena was very helpful in all even difficult situations. The girls at Balneo are also very nice, always smiling and perform all procedures efficiently. The interior of the room and hotel is excellent, beyond praise! The spa is small but very comfortable. Food is a separate topic, everything is so tasty and varied, thank you very much to the chef and all the waiters for the excellent work! Bravo Hotel Corso! I'll only come back to you!!❤️

Just as a theater begins with a coat rack, a hotel begins with the reception. A very friendly welcome and the same friendly and attentive attitude was throughout my stay from the entire hotel staff. Any questions that arose in connection with the introduction of quarantine were resolved quickly, efficiently, without bustle and panic. The hotel is very clean, cozy. Excellent breakfasts, amazing desserts. One of the very rare hotels where there was always porridge for breakfast. Due to a slight aggravation, they prepared for me what I asked for. I would like to express my deep gratitude to all the staff hotel headed by the manager for clear, well-coordinated work and cordial attitude towards vacationers, I will definitely come again
