From July 15 to July 29 we stayed at your hotel. Everything was very good. Upon arrival, we were immediately placed in our room and fed. The service staff is friendly and polite. We have been vacationing in Karlovy Vary for many years, but this is the first time in this hotel. We really liked everything! The staff is friendly and smiling! The room windows overlooked the theater! I really love the light sound of the river. We also really liked the location. I just love this area of the city. The hotel itself magnificent! Wonderful and accessible pool! But probably the most unusual thing is the food! We had breakfast and dinner. We were afraid of overeating, but experienced complete delight during dinner. We stayed at the Hotel Corso in August 2022 for a complex healing treatment. We were thrilled from the first moment. The Hotel Corso is a small but nice hotel with large, very tastefully furnished rooms. You feel very comfortable in the elegant restaurant with good cuisine. The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. The ladies in the balneo department in particular do their work competently and always with a smile. We had a great time at the Corso sanatorium. We rested from April 20 to May 4, 2022. In principle, I liked everything: treatment, food, location, staff. I would especially like to mention the staff in the medical department, all the girls are masters of their craft. Everything was immaculate and professional. They are great guys. In the restaurant, the waiter Emil provided impeccable service - hotel level 5 stars and even higher. The girls need to learn a little bit. The dishes in the restaurant from the chef were excellent; not once did the food cause any unpleasant sensations. Maybe there was not enough variety of vegetables and fruits. We lived in the attic, a double room, everything was chic and very comfortable. Regarding cleaning, for some reason they only cleaned us twice in the morning, and they came in the afternoon when we were resting, which is not entirely convenient; sometimes we had to cancel cleaning. We were in different sanatoriums, there is something to compare with. I definitely want to return to this resort.Negatives
