The head physician and head nurse are avoiding resolving this issue. I had to “bow” and persuade the nurses to reschedule procedures, since missed procedures are not reimbursed. It’s a pity to lose them, and, in fact, your money. In my opinion, both in the first case and in the second, this is an artificially created problem on the part of the hotel management and the medical service. Why, it’s not clear. The hotel is run by a young lady from Vienna. According to conversations, the leader is “nothing.” We saw her once - something similar to our “new Russians” from the 90s. Well, on to the little things: 1. The food is prepared well, but everything is prepared for the “sick”. Fresh to the point of impossibility. And no amount of spices or sauces help. It's fresh on the inside. 2. An excursion from the hotel was once canceled due to the fact that the guide refused to lead people who bought tours through your company. We don’t know what was there, but then they “broke” her and she had a very good excursion. But, in the first case, we “flew by” and lost time, as we were getting ready for the excursion and planning time for it. То что у Вас не вышло попасть на экскурсию, нам очень жаль, но расписание процедур никак не связано с какими то экскурсиями. Еда у нас в отеле готовиться на любой вкус, странно что Вам не понравилось, все гости остаются довольны. The hotel's convenient location in relation to both the springs and the entire infrastructure, the hotel is very clean, good furniture, cozy, good sound insulation. We booked a hotel and a group transfer from Prague airport on the website sanatoriums.com. We were met at the airport with a sign, the driver spoke Russian, helped us carry our things to the car, and then from the car to the hotel. The hotel was waiting for us and provided us with a better room than the one we had booked, at no extra charge. 3 days before departure from the hotel, we were notified by email of the arrival time of the car that would take us to the airport. The driver entered the hotel and called out his last name. In general, I didn’t have to call anyone, remind anyone, look for a car, etc. From the airport there was one more passenger in the car besides us, and on the way back it was just us. As a result, the group transfer turned out to be an individual one. We are very pleased with the work of the site! The entire hotel staff speaks Russian and German, everyone is polite and friendly. Very tasty food: a large selection of dishes, very tasty bread, different cheeses, a variety of fruits every day, several types of desserts, ice cream. Breakfast and dinner are buffet, lunch - soups and main courses - from the menu, the rest is buffet. In the evening there is live music (piano) in the restaurant. Breakfast for every taste: there is muesli, cottage cheese, yogurt, porridge, fried and boiled eggs, cheeses and sausages, sausages, bacon, fresh and boiled vegetables, pastries, butter, jams, chocolate spread, fruits and dried fruits, etc. The hotel is conveniently located on the river bank in the center of the resort area, everything is nearby: springs, shops, cafes, the cable car to Diana, the local theater. Treatment is standard as in all hotels in Karlovy Vary: everything is in the hotel on the 2nd and 3rd floors, procedures are carried out 7 days a week, seven days a week. A sauna and swimming pool are available to guests from 7.00 to 22.00 at no additional cost. The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, kettle, tea bags, cups and spoons, washing supplies: soap, shampoo, shower gel, body milk, cotton pads and cotton swabs, shower cap, hair file and hair tie! Also slippers and terry robes, in which you can (and should) go to procedures, as well as to the sauna and pool (convenient, you don’t need to take robes with you). Room cleaning every day with towel replacement. Towels: for the face, for the feet and 2 large ones for each (one for use in the room, the second for the sauna and pool). There are no downsides, but if you really, really find fault, you can note the following: 1. The schedule of procedures is issued by a computer, and the wishes of the vacationer are not taken into account (apparently due to the heavy workload). Basically, all procedures are prescribed in a row, without interruptions and do not take much time. But if you want to go on an excursion, you won’t be able to reschedule the treatment to another day or another time (this is even indicated on the card) - i.e. procedures will be lost without compensation. Our goal was treatment, so we deliberately chose a hotel with treatment 7 days a week. For those who want to travel, it is better to choose hotels where weekends are free from treatment. 2. The lunch menu is prepared for the week (i.e. the same dishes for 7 days). But at the same time, several soups and main courses are offered, so during the week you can try everything in turn, there is 1 dish of the day - different every day, different types of fish are offered (2 types every day). Plus a buffet, so no one will definitely go hungry, quite the opposite.Positives

A very good gym, swimming pool, hairdresser, 7 television channels in Russian, kettle, cups and mini bar in the room, snow-white robe and slippers for procedures. There is almost everything you need for treatment and relaxation. In general, during the 16 days spent in a wonderful double room, where I was very comfortable, I did not regret a single day that I came to this hotel. It is very rare that any of the staff greets you with a smile, like a respected client who pays his money for it. There were difficulties in rescheduling procedures for another time, although there were such opportunities (many vacationers go on excursions and the staff knows this but does not always make concessions, although the hotel has direct savings in food, especially when they leave for the whole day). There is not enough variety in the diet: the same first and second courses, the same snack as yesterday. In a roadside cafe late at night on the way from Vienna, I saw about 20 different fresh and complex salads (I tried 4 myself), 3 types of first courses, etc. That’s where the variety is! Maybe the management should learn something or will it do just fine? Of course, cutting tomatoes and cucumbers is easier than making salads, but then what is the difference between 4 stars and 3? You start asking vacationers from other 3-star hotels, and their food and treatment are the same as ours! And the price difference is almost 2 times! I would like to come next year for 21 days, but I’m afraid that such monotonous food at the hotel will force me to leave my money in other restaurants in the city. The Balneo center is conveniently located in the sanatorium building, the procedures are arranged according to a schedule, without intervals, which takes only 1.5 -2 hours a day. Downstairs in the bar they are constantly smoking, and it is no longer possible to pass by the reception. For lunch and dinner, it is impossible to pay for additional drinks by card or write to a number (you must have cash with you). They started making menus for the whole week - and for vegetarians, one dish for the whole week. The room has a soft headrest next to the bed with a year-old layer of dust. The sauna may be turned off ahead of time. We've been going here for several years now, and it seems like the hotel is gradually deteriorating. The economy mode is visible in everything.
