I liked the Esplanade 2 hotel. Russian-speaking staff. Clean, comfortable room with carpet, lacked air conditioning in the heat, but this is a 3-star hotel. It should be noted that this year there was impeccable cleaning in the room, although for the sake of fairness, I will say that the cleaning has always been good, but this visit is simply beyond praise - fresh towels every day, the bed is made, the dust is always wiped off, well done. Satisfied with the overall quality of treatment. It is surprising that up to 80% of the medical staff changes every year. Sometimes it’s even a pity not to meet pleasant employees whom you met on your last visit. The procedures are prescribed those that are the highest priority for me. This year the doctor slightly changed the drinking treatment (sources) and it benefited me. Very pleasant and attentive reception staff.Negatives
There is only one complaint - the restaurant. Standard, not tasty, monotonous, poor range of dishes. The waiters are a different matter. That's who should be changed!, but unlike the medical staff, the waiters have not changed for four years. Apparently they are satisfied with the management, but the opinions of visitors are not interesting. The attitude of the waiters towards visitors is rude. They can step aside and engage in conversation without paying attention to the lack of clean dishes or the lack of ready-made dishes. In general, the work of the restaurant is a big minus in the work of the entire hotel, and believe me, this is not my personal opinion, complaints from other visitors are constantly voiced. It's a pity that the changes are only for the worse

Not all procedures are performed efficiently. Gas injections are one of the medical female workers, does it somehow. This is the one with long hair, younger. My hair is not tucked under my cap, but these are injections. There was no second doctor visit. Yes, there is no point. Useless. I didn’t like the location of the beds: they were in different directions, and the TV was not visible from one of them. There is no shower gel. Shampoo was provided only on the day of arrival and on the day of departure (after 7 days!).
