Any source prescribed to you will be close enough, which is important for older people. I got a very good room (although this was not specified when booking). If possible, book 201, 301, 401. I lived in Mozart in 301. These are really large rooms, by European standards. The staff at the sanatorium was very polite, everyone speaks or understands Russian (to the best of their abilities, but I did not feel a language barrier). As for the treatment, I’ll say that it’s just the usual set of procedures. But, in principle, I didn’t expect anything more. I didn't really like the food. I write about this in positive reviews. because I don’t want to look for negativity. You won't go hungry unless you are very picky. We are very pleased with our stay and treatment at the Jessenius sanatorium (we stayed at the Mozart Hotel). Excellent service, memorable treatment procedures, a wonderful buffet with a large selection of dietary dishes daily, cleanliness and friendly staff. I rate the treatment negatively. A visit to the doctor, who introduced herself as “just Svetlana.” She was not very friendly, showing that she was busy. She quickly called out the water I should drink and SAID NOTHING WHAT PROCEDURES ARE AVAILABLE IN THE SANATORIUM. I asked about my illnesses, but purely formally. She didn't even give me a sanatorium card indicating the water numbers and appointment times. I learned about this from other patients. She didn't speak kindly to me, to put it mildly. From them I learned about the availability of other procedures I needed. My impression is that patients are given simple treatments first, such as baths or a small pool with highly chlorinated water. And I only learned about the availability of the lymphatic drainage I needed from other patients, and then only in the second half of my stay. I asked for lymphatic drainage, indicating the reasons for its need. Reluctantly, I was given only two procedures and the schedule of procedures became such that I practically had no time for breakfast. If you are 5 minutes late, they send you back. Наш врач специалист по бальнеотерапии,он одинаково относится к каждому пациенту.Санаторную карту вы точно получили. Лечебная программа составляется из основных и дополнительных процедур.Вы можете покупать процедуры для вашего желания. Жаловаться на недовольство необходимо было еще во время отдыха. В отеле есть менеджер,к которому можно обратиться во время отдыха. Задним числом очень трудно это исправить. Мы верим, что, несмотря на несколько Ваших замечаний, Вы остались довольны отдыхом у нас и этот Ваш приезд не станет последним.
