Sometimes I even managed to free myself early) Thermoses with boiling water (at any time)! This is especially nice after a long excursion!!! Delicious lunches and dinners (cooked with love)! Monotonous breakfasts!!! VERY monotonous breakfasts!!! Always sausage (we try not to eat it at home!!!), pancakes 2 times out of 21 days! for some reason there is a problem with eggs (they are served 2-3 times a week) This can be fixed if you want, a lot of people write about it! Добрый день, Ирина! Всегда Вам рады, приезжайте снова. Относительно завтраков, яйца подаются 3 раз в будние дни и всегда во время выходных. Клиент получает на завтрак сервированную тарелку с сыром, ветчиной, колбасой, маслом, так же в понедельник на завтрак подаются сосиски. Каша, йогурт, творог ежедневно и домашний кекс. This was our first time at the Praga sanatorium. We really liked everything. The room was comfortable, the beds were excellent, my back didn't hurt. The cleaning is simply excellent, it is always clean, thanks to the working maids. The food is fresh, everything is delicious, there are always delicious pastries for breakfast and lunch). We took two meals a day, but every day you can choose either lunch or dinner, as vacationers need, and this is very convenient. All the procedures we needed were prescribed. Many thanks to Mrs. Romana, who does all the basic procedures and gas injections. Mrs. Renata, Mrs. Olga, Mrs. Milushka at the reception are always friendly, welcoming and help solve all the problems that arise) We are very grateful to all the hotel staff for their attention and care, for the almost homely cozy atmosphere. I wish everyone who comes here to carefully read about the treatment with mineral water and springs, because what is prescribed by the spa doctor is not always correct , also, yourself or with your attending physician, discuss all the procedures that the hotel provides. Romana is a very good nurse, intelligent and knows her business. Massage therapist Milan knows his business and he has a charming wife, a cosmetologist, from whom I received cosmetic services, I highly recommend him , who has not yet been pumped up with Botox and other things. Excellent work of the Sanatoriums.com website both in choosing a hotel and in transfer services. Clearly, promptly. The location of the hotel is good, next to the Orthodox church, beautiful Sadovaya Street, close enough to the springs, paths in the mountains, the air is magnificent, the soothing singing of numerous birds. The food is beyond praise. For 10 days there was no repetition of dishes from the menu, presentation and quality were excellent. Mineral water is supplied, so all water procedures are of very high quality. Massage therapist Milan is one of the best in Karlovy Vary. Sister Romana manages everything, thank you. This is not a minus, but an advice. Wait until your procedures are scheduled before purchasing tours for Saturday, as some procedures may fall on Saturday, and it is difficult to reschedule them due to the workload of the medical staff.

We visited the sanatorium in May 2019, everyone really liked it (me, my mother, my wife). Very friendly staff, all issues were resolved immediately, the food was above all praise. The procedures were carried out on time and with high quality, it’s a pity that the time was short, most lasted 15 minutes.Negatives
It’s a pity that the sanatorium only offers bathrobes for a fee, and if you come across fans of loud TV, then you are guaranteed to listen, some rooms have poor sound insulation....we didn’t find any other disadvantages.

Many thanks to the Sanatoriums company for their assistance in booking the Hotel Prague in Karlovy Vary. I liked the hotel, it was very comfortable, small and cozy with friendly and helpful staff. The room is spacious, with windows facing Sadovaya Street. I was satisfied with everything: food, treatment, service, convenient location, proximity to sources. There were few advantages. Accommodation: When booking 3 months in advance, my husband and I were placed on different floors. A very late breakfast of the same type, not designed for different taste habits (no even a basic boiled egg every day). Fresh vegetables are served as a mixed salad dressed with vinegar, instead of serving them separately in slices and putting a bottle of oil - this will not cost much. То что касается размещения в отеле с учетом того что отель вместимостью 40 человек распологает 8- ю одноместными номерами, мы не подтверждаем номера и соответственно этажи на которых находятся эти номера. То что касается питания, завтраки проходят в комбинированной форме шведского и континентального типа, всегда очень разнообразные и свежие продукты подаются как на завтрак, так же на обед и ужин. Например завтрак: каши, сыры, колбасы, яйца 4 раза в неделю, сосиски 2 раза в неделю, йогурты, джемы, кефир, сок, чай, кофе и всегда каждый день свежая выпечка... Обед и ужин клиентам предлагается на выбор из 3 блюд по заказу за сутки. В меню, разноообразные гарниры: картофель, крупы (гречка, рис, булгур), гноччи, макаронные изделия, кнедлики картофельные, сладкие кнедлики, (хлебный кнедлик подаем мало учитывая вкусовые привычки клиента). This was my second time staying at LD "Praga". The impressions are only excellent: everything is of high quality, from accommodation to the moment of departure. Many thanks to ALL the staff of "Prague" for their sincere attitude towards the guests; treatment is not formal, but takes into account individual characteristics and needs; delicious food and beautiful restaurant presentation of it (it’s nice that they remember even such a little thing as their favorite and least favorite porridge); cleanliness throughout the hotel; magnificent design that sets you up for relaxation from the moment you enter the hotel. I also like the way they treat guests, that they try to listen to their wishes and requests. What can be done will be done immediately. The hotel has now begun renovations; after its completion, pleasant surprises await. A small request: I would like breakfast to be served from 8 to 10 am. And, if possible, put even the simplest chairs in the room, since it is not very convenient to read and watch TV on a chair. Once again, a huge THANK YOU to EVERYONE for a GREAT vacation!
