Good day to all! We rested at the Prague hotel together with my mother (it was a gift for her anniversary). The goal was largely to improve her health. We arrived on May 1 and left on May 11, 2016. I’ll say right away: do not order an expensive transfer! Look on the Internet for the bus schedule of the “student” company, it looks like this. We took a transfer from Prague at the beginning and paid 50 euros! And back (when we had already found out everything) we bought a ticket from this carrier (and you can even pay for it in cash), the cost for one from K.Var to Prague = 150 CZK! And this is about 5 euros!!!! So, we arrived at the hotel quite late (after 20.00). They immediately arranged for a doctor for us (so that we wouldn’t waste time the next day) and the kind nurse Elena described all the procedures for us. As a result, at 21.00 we came to the room, left our things and... they served us dinner in the dining room!!! Let me explain that the hotel has meals according to a schedule (breakfast from 8.30-9.30, lunch from 13.00-14.00, dinner from 18.00-19.00). Therefore, of course, it was a pleasant surprise for us after the journey that they fed us a delicious hot dinner. Well, since I started talking about food, I’ll note right away: the food was always VERY tasty, lunches and dinners were never repeated during our stay! Breakfast, like everywhere else in Europe: porridge, yogurt, cereal, is brought to everyone: vegetables, sausages, cheese, eggs, buns. Juices, coffee, tea. WE NEVER STAY HUNGRY! By the way, there was an auntie from the **** hotel who came there. Because Their food was bad, but here she really liked it. We had a room overlooking the street. Sadova, with beautiful houses. We lived on the 4th floor. A very big plus is the presence of an elevator in the hotel. The room was always kept clean, towels were changed, snow-white bed linen was made - just like at home! In the room: TV, hairdryer, shower head. Attaching photo. The hotel is designed for a small number of people, so everyone is treated with care and attention, and there is no crowding (at procedures or in a cafe). It was very nice! The staff is very friendly and always responded to our requests and questions with all their hearts. Thank them very much for this! The hotel is located approximately 600 meters from the springs. You have to go down the hill, and then go up. For those who have severe knee pain, it will probably be difficult. Buses are prohibited from driving through the center of K.Var, so there were rarely cars passing along our street. The only people who woke us up in the morning were the birds, who were trying so hard to sing! :) All procedures (with the exception of the pool and salt cave) were in our hotel. There was also lymphatic drainage, baths (pearl, oxygen), paraffin for hands, magnetic therapy, gas injections for the whole body, peat compress, etc. All procedures were included in the price of stay. For us, the first half of the day was completely devoted to procedures (except weekends), and the second half we walked, went shopping and enjoyed the cleanest air and the beauty around us. If your knees/legs really hurt, it will be difficult to get up from the springs every day. In this case, I would advise looking for a hotel closer to the sources.

Let me start with the fact that this is not our first time in Karlovy Vary, I think that the combination of price and quality is excellent! We liked everything, special thanks to the dearest Renata, the cooks, and the girls from the medical department! a nice hotel, very homely, we stayed for 20 days and the food was never the same! The quality is excellent, the main thing is to understand what you came for! and don’t expect anything supernatural!))) we were in July and we’ll go again in April! It was our first time at the Prague sanatorium and we were very pleased. Small hotel, homely atmosphere, everyone is very friendly and responsive: at the reception, in the dining room, during procedures. I would like to separately mention Renata from the reception and the massage therapist Milan. The food is great, like homemade food. The location is very good, close to the springs. There was no cleaning of the room, perhaps because the cleaning lady was on sick leave and was replaced by another woman. But to be honest, it didn’t bother us, we enjoyed other moments.

We stayed from July 15-24, 2016. Wonderful place, very attentive staff. I recommend it to everyone who loves home comfort, silence, attention, only PRAGUE. The food is excellent (take care of your weight). I read before the trip that I didn’t like the pillows. We bought the same one for our home.....Many thanks to the whole team and especially to nurse Lenochka.

Very cozy location of the Praga sanatorium itself. Excellent climatic conditions combined with the very attentive attitude of the sanatorium staff create positive preconditions for a speedy recovery. Warm home comfort, well-prepared food, competent medical staff - a doctor, nurse Lenochka, a nurse in charge of water procedures, a massage therapist leave only positive emotions. From the first minutes of your visit to the sanatorium, administrators Renata and Milushka will listen carefully, explain and are always ready to help out in any situation.

We vacationed in May 2016. The hotel is cozy and conducive to a relaxing, pleasant stay. The most important thing is that the entire hotel staff tries to do everything to make your stay and treatment comfortable and take into account all the wishes of vacationers. The procedures usually end before lunch. Special thanks to the chefs! Delicious, large portions, beautiful presentation. Everyone tried to make our stay comfortable, enjoyable and in a good mood. Treatment: a standard doctor's appointment - measures blood pressure, listens to complaints and prescribes procedures and water. 38 procedures over 2 weeks (6 sets of 6 procedures plus 2). Accommodation: standard 3-star hotel room with bathroom (equipped with shower). Meals: for lunch and dinner, choice of two dishes. Staff work: friendly staff, trying to make your stay enjoyable as much as possible. Location of the sanatorium: 5 - 7 minutes walk to the springs.Negatives
Treatment: if you are not satisfied with the procedure, then you cannot change it to another (i.e. make a set of 3 procedures, and another of 9). There are no procedures on Saturday and Sunday. Accommodation: mattresses are quite sagging, pillows are uncomfortable (normal, if you remember about 3 stars). Meals: breakfast without options (no buffet). Poor assortment and few fruits (maybe they didn’t grow - I was there in May). Staff performance: no comments. Location of the sanatorium: no comments.

The price-quality ratio is very good. The attitude of the staff is ideal. The manager Regina will answer all questions, during the procedures Lenka manages to do everything for everyone and is always ready to help. The cuisine has not been repeated on the menu in 3 weeks. And in what other hotel will they leave dinner for you if you Arrived late from your excursion? I LOVED EVERYTHING VERY MUCH.
