There is a beauty salon near the Creval sanatorium, and a small pink Wolfphagen car is parked nearby, avoid this salon. In Paris, services in prestigious salons are two times cheaper than in this eatery 😜 (let's assume that this is a small trifle and we have already forgotten it) Karlovy Vary, a wonderful city, and I wanted to visit the Prague sanatorium more than once. A good, attentive doctor, a nurse, like a “bee”, manages everything. All requests to reschedule or replace procedures were fulfilled. Very friendly atmosphere. We rested in the Prague sanatorium from March 17 to 25. The weather was a little let down, the temperature was below zero, but this did not spoil a great vacation. The sanatorium is cozy, clean, and has a homely atmosphere. The intelligent beauty Renata met us at the reception - she accommodated us, explained everything, and immediately made an appointment with a doctor and a salt cave and swimming pool (located in the Morava sanatorium). Thanks to nurse Renata - she is very friendly, she works easily, quickly, efficiently - she is a master of her craft 😊 On Saturday we went on an excursion - she rescheduled the procedure for Friday without any problems. I don’t remember the name of the second nurse in the balneology department - she was very sweet and calm, it was a pleasure to go to her for procedures. Food - many thanks to the cook and his assistants!!! The portions are large and tasty. I was on a lactose-free diet and didn't have any problems. Special thanks to!!!! (Last year I was in the Ambiente sanatorium, one might say on bread and water, but I never achieved a lactose-free diet). The room was cleaned every day. In general, we had a great rest, thanks to the staff of the sanatorium!!!!! I want to go back 😊Negatives

I vacationed at the Prague Hotel from November 26, 2017 to December 9, 2017. I had long dreamed of going to this hotel, but I didn’t have time to book, it was already booked. And I am grateful to ALL the hotel staff for making my dream not a disappointment, but an excellent, positive, healthy and delicious real vacation. Comfortable, cozy and warm room 401, the view from the window was beautiful. I can imagine how nice it is there in the warm season! The food is not only delicious, but also beautifully presented. Treatment at a decent level, professional staff, I was pleased with the salt cave in Morava. At the reception they will always advise and help, you can take a thermos with boiling water (this is important for me). The only thing I would like to change is the breakfast time: it would be better if it was from 8 to 10, then you definitely have time to drink some water and go to the procedures.Negatives
The time in the salt cave for the hotel is 15.00, but the guests of the Morava (there was an episode) remained seated and, if the administrator had not persistently asked them to leave, there would not have been enough places for the “Praz residents” (they gathered in a group on a certain day). We need to treat each other more respectfully...

After a week's stay at the hotel, we had a great time to relax and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere of the resort, thanks in part to the friendliness and responsiveness of the Prague Hotel staff. I would like to recommend this sanatorium complex to all vacationers in Karlovy Vary. A big plus is the small number of vacationers, which allows you to undergo treatment procedures in the first half of the day. I was very pleasantly surprised by the opportunity to get an appointment with the doctor immediately on the day of arrival - and it was a Sunday. The doctor is good, he prescribed the procedures not just anyhow, but for health reasons. Special thanks to nurse Romana, who, like a bee with a soul, hovered among all those being treated and found excellent alternatives in the schedule of procedures, meeting the wishes of the hotel guests. And what golden hands she has - she gives gas injections very carefully, trying to cause as little pain to her patients. Smart girl! We really liked the massage therapist Milan, who is passionate about his professional work. During a massage in his skillful, warm and strong hands, you relax and get a positive effect. A big compliment to the canteen workers, delicious and varied food - we were always full, the service was courteous. Rooms are cleaned daily, which I really liked. During the week, the towels in our room were changed 3 times. The people at the reception are wonderful, friendly and professional, everyone speaks excellent Russian. We really liked this hotel. There are no cons, rather wishes. It would be great to diversify the breakfast buffet. It would also be a good idea to provide coffee and tea at every meal, and not just one or the other. Not enough fruit, i.e. lack of choice. Be prepared that the hotel does not provide bathrobes - it was unusual at first. Everyone wears home clothes for procedures.

There is very little fruit, and eating Chinese cabbage salad three times a day is extremely bad. The choice of dishes for lunch and dinner consists of two courses, which are served with gravy all the time, which patients with the gastrointestinal tract cannot eat. So it turns out that the treatment is good, but at least don’t go to meals for lunch and dinner. Dietary dishes are not provided on the menu, and no one warned that just boiled porridge must be ordered through the reception. We need to change the power system.

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks, we liked it. Friendly staff, ready to meet halfway in all matters. Cozy room, cleaning and linen change were done regularly. Varied food, the same dish was not repeated in two weeks. Dietary food, in that sense not fatty and not fried food. From two dishes you can choose lunch and dinner to suit your taste. The rooms have poor sound insulation, it is impossible to watch TV unless the sound is on. We came across scrupulous neighbors who went to bed early and showed their dissatisfaction, we disturbed them. The doctor also gave us a negative attitude. At the first and second appointments, I felt a little high pressure, I was surprised myself, since I do not suffer from this illness. To which he twice suggested that I go to the cemetery and ask the dead what they complained about before they died. This method of communicating with people left an unpleasant aftertaste.

The location, in my opinion, is also excellent - on Sadovaya. I lived on the 4th floor, a single room with an excellent view of the courtyard, probably worse on the first floors, there is a wall in front of the windows. The hotel doctor needs to be changed, he is a man of few words and, due to age or something else, is not sociable. The blood test indicated on the website as mandatory is done only as prescribed by a doctor and at his request. The doctor does not indicate the number of procedures prescribed, the nurse decides, the first sanatorium does this out of all the ones previously visited. There is no individual foot towel in the baths, there is only a wet mat, very unpleasant.
