They always meet halfway in all matters. Procedures are prescribed in large quantities; if you suddenly forget or are late for a procedure, they always call and do not refuse the procedure, as often happens in large hotels. Wonderful massage therapist, wonderful nurses. The maid Monica deserves special praise). Cleaning every day, towels changed every 3 days, bed linen changed once a week. The food is delicious and plentiful! The portions are large, I couldn’t eat everything)). Breakfast - yogurt, cottage cheese, porridge, juice, kefir. a plate with sliced cheese, ham, sausage, egg, delicious bread and delicious pastries, coffee, tea, milk, cereal. Baking in the morning and at lunch, fruit for dinner. Everything is delicious and beautifully presented on plates. Lunch and dinner - custom menu. The location of the hotel, in my opinion, is very good - not far from the springs, but you also have to walk), walking and water are the main treatment of the resort, and also gas injections (pneumopuncture), in my opinion, this is one of the most important procedures, because... it really helps with joint pain, it has been tested on itself many times (and of course, all other procedures also have a very good effect on health). Not negative, but some comment on nutrition. It is no secret that people who usually have a diseased gastrointestinal tract come for treatment. The food is delicious, of course, and the portions are large, but... still, with disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, many are advised to eat a more dietary diet. During our visit, there were several people suffering like me, so we asked the administration and the cook to meet us halfway and cook without gravy or frying. And thank you very much to them, they met us halfway. Especially for people like me, the cook cooked separately, steamed and without gravy, and cooked a light soup separately. And yet - a lot of meat!!! I would like to see more fish and cottage cheese products, such as casseroles, cheesecakes, dumplings... On the last day there were cottage cheese noki (lazy dumplings) with strawberry and sour cream sauce - delicious!!! But this happened 1 time in 2 weeks(((.

A sanatorium for those who prefer cozy accommodation in a small hotel. There are about 35 people in total. Basically, Russian Germans come from Germany, so communication is in Russian. The service staff are Czechs who speak Russian. Clean, neat, a little old-fashioned, but that also has its own charm. Cooking is done by Czech chefs at the hotel. The food is delicious. The hotel receives thermal water and therefore offers mineral baths. The attitude of the staff is friendly. Overall we liked it.Negatives
There is no strictly dietary food. The procedures (with the exception of baths and massages) are not planned out thoughtfully, the intervals are small, so you practically do not rest during the procedures. But this matter is fixable and depends on the administration of the sanatorium.

The room is clean, the furniture is excellent - made of wood, the ceilings are high, the view from the window is excellent, 7 Russian-language channels on television. Cleaning daily, change of towels and linen - according to schedule. The food is very tasty, varied, and in 2 weeks we have never had the same meal again. The staff is friendly, responsive, attentive. The treatment is excellent, everything is on time, sometimes you can even undergo the procedure earlier if there is a window. Mostly Russian-speaking pensioners vacation, so the staff speaks Russian. And throughout the city there are no problems with the language - everyone understands Russian. We arrived on Sunday, they organized an emergency doctor’s appointment for us, i.e. We didn’t lose a day of treatment - thank you very much for that.Negatives
