Thin blankets in the room but it was warm, mattresses a bit hard. Eating room a bit too small, but supposedly part was under renovation. Not enough applications but that didn't bother me. Excursion offers only in Russian. In some hotels they were also in German.

I had a good rest and treatment. Good service, polite hotel staff. Clean, rooms cleaned every day, towels changed. Bed changed twice a week. All medical procedures were organized exactly on time, there was no need to wait. Good food, buffet, variety. There were fresh vegetables and fruits every day. The sanatorium is located 100 meters from the springs. Anyone who wants to have a good rest, come to Karlovy Vary and stay in “Ruzhe”. Next year I will come here again.Negatives
The food wants to be the best. There is no choice of first courses. At first the salads were stale, but they quickly improved. The food is very tasty. The service is good. I think that the sanatorium should have a nurse or doctor on duty. Not everyone in the sanatorium is from the Czech Republic, there are different situations. In 14 days you can get sick and have no one to turn to. This was the case in my case. I think that all this can be corrected

Workers and canteen food, zero. Many times we stumbled across leftovers from previous meals. And the food itself was like in a workers' canteen during the USSR. About the room and the bed, it’s just terrible. The bed reminded me of the bunks on the army guardhouse, an old mattress, and a board under it. Everything in the shower is old with cracks, etc. Please check these 4 stars? I wouldn't even give 1. I've been to the thermal bath twice and twice in Richmond, but I've never seen such disgrace anywhere.

The food is good but monotonous. There are almost no salads except tomatoes and cucumbers. The soups are not tasty. There is the same type of fish every day and it is impossible to eat.

We were very surprised by the breakfasts, lunches and dinners as they were very tasty. Tastier than in a restaurant. Breakfast was always the same but lunch and dinner were different every time. Special thanks to the chefs. The procedures were also super, but not enough. we ourselves were few. The room was cleaned every day and the hotel itself was clean. More likely not even a negative, but a small wish. The return transfer was very early, because it was for a group of Israelis who were leaving much earlier than us. Our flight was at 14.25, and we were picked up at 9.00 from the hotel. We arrived at the airport at 10.30. The driver was a great guy, polite, attentive, and helped with the suitcases. We were at the airport, indoors, for a very long time. because check-in started only at 12.25, 2 hours before departure. The Covid situation is a little stressful. And everything is ok. Thank you.
