The location of the hotel cancels out all the disadvantages this hotel has. We lived in a triple room on the 4th floor. The number corresponds to the description on the website. The quality of the bed and mattress is always important to me. Everything is great here! The pillows could be thicker. You can't hear any noise from neighboring rooms or the road. The procedures took up to 12 hours. The nurses know their job. Perhaps it makes sense to take a hotel stay, and buy the procedures necessary for yourself at another spa. The food is not dietetic, but everything is fresh. I liked the combination of treatment with the opportunity to walk along the many trails in the forest. DO NOT neglect this unique opportunity! Since we lived in a 3-bed room, there was a bathtub in the bathroom. For us, it was strange and inconvenient that there was no curtain and the inability to hang the shower head on the wall. It was still cold to wash while holding the shower head in your hands, and on a wet floor you could slip and fall. For us this was the biggest minus.

We vacationed from 14.05.29.05.17. to the Rouge spa hotel, it is located very well, everything is close. We arrived at a wonderful time of flowering. The center is very beautiful and walking around it gave us real pleasure. And unique sources are something!!! We are very pleased with the trip.

The hotel level does not correspond to 4*. No more than 3*. The hotel administration needs to replace the pillows, because what they have cannot be called pillows, they are a bunch of hard lumps in the pillowcase. Carpeting needs to be replaced or at least cleaned regularly!! Vacuum cleaners are not able to remove stubborn dust, much less stains.

For the money - an excellent hotel. The food is tasty and varied, but there are no dietary dishes other than fish and soups. For breakfast: porridge, omelet/fried egg, sausages, vegetables, cheese, cold cuts, fruit, jam/butter/honey, pastries. For lunch and dinner: soup (usually cream soup), beef, fish, chicken/duck/turkey, pork, lasagna and risotto. The room is small, the mattress is comfortable, all the plumbing is working. The rooms are cleaned well. The staff is friendly. The number of procedures is calculated based on 3 procedures per weekday. It was very convenient that all procedures took place one after another without long breaks and were already over by 11 am.Negatives
The towels are quite old. The carpeting in the room and hallways needs replacing. Underwater massage is only available as a paid procedure.

I was on vacation from October 10 to October 28, 2016. I didn’t like check-in right away, I waited in the lobby for 3 hours, the receptionist was somehow indifferent to this. I didn’t see the doctor until the next day. The day is gone. 28 I leave at 16-00, no procedures, the day is gone. Again 4 hours in the lobby - waiting for the transfer. At about 12:00 the door to the room was blocked, which meant getting out. There is no basic glass in the room to wash down your pills. I didn’t like the wait staff in the dining room (a tall, thin guy and a girl), who laughed and talked loudly during our meal. I think that the hotel does not correspond to 4 stars, and this is not just my opinion.

Quite a good resort. Good is the right word. The treatment is well organized: no queues or waits. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The food is quite acceptable. The room is clean. Sincere thanks to those who provided cleaning. It seems to me that such ratings as “Amazing” or “Excellent” are excessive not only for this sanatorium, but also for any other in Karlovy Vary.
