I would advise removing the smoking urn at the entrance to the hotel. Very unpleasant smell. My room was permeated with the smell of smoke as it was located above the hotel entrance. Smokers were noisy until late at night and disturbed sleep.

I express my sincere gratitude to the entire hotel team, who managed to create a calm, friendly atmosphere in such a difficult time, helped their guests in everything. Treatment continued, they provided hot water and tea throughout the day. They helped with issuing tickets to their homeland due to the changed situation. When paying in Czech crowns, there is a markup, and the amount in rubles and euros turns out to be significantly higher than when booking. You have to pay only in euros, and you can pay in euros by card, but this is not clearly stated anywhere, and on the Internet it is written that in the Czech Republic only everything can be paid by card in Czech crowns. This was the only unpleasant moment.

Great hotel. Super Service. I can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel. My wife is just as excited as I am. The staff is very nice and friendly. The rooms were pleasantly furnished. The bathroom was very clean and nice. We felt very comfortable, I would book again and again if I was in Karlovy Vary. Delicious restaurants near the hotel. Thanks for the stay.
