The hotel is new, warm, without drafts, excellent beds (though small), there is air conditioning, the hotel is quiet, I didn’t hear the neighbors at all, I even doubted their existence until I saw them (possibly very quiet neighbors :)). New plumbing, excellent shower, hairdryer, shower gel, also known as shampoo. The room was on the 5th floor - the view from the window was a big plus. The staff is very friendly and everyone works hard. For me, the most important thing was food, tasty and not harmful, there is always a choice, and you can choose exactly what you can eat! (And you can even ask me to cook again what you liked :) Thank you :) ) Volodya, an osteopath, works at the hotel, before that I didn’t know who these people were, I liked it! They did not undergo treatment, so it is difficult to say anything definite about the treatment department. But I understand that there are some rough edges, from the words of other vacationers. Some rooms have a door to the next room, which is apparently convenient when large families arrive. In such rooms, the sound insulation is insufficient, we heard the neighbors more than once, but we were lucky that after all, we stayed for a short time and the neighbors were not super noisy, for some this can be a big problem. I think management should consider installing an additional door. As I already wrote above, the beds are comfortable in terms of softness and height, but they are narrow; large people may feel cramped. We were first in the Standard room, then in the Comfort room. Staying in Comfort is very uncomfortable. The Standard and Comfort rooms are connected by an adjacent door. The beds in the Comfort room are opposite this door. The audibility is such that you can hear your neighbors unfolding paper, not to mention anything else. There is a hairdryer, robe, and slippers. In room 401 there is a large bed in the middle, consisting of two single beds, but they do not move apart, they are powerful and high. Opposite there is a small table and two very comfortable armchairs. On the right is a wardrobe. This number is in the photo. There are 2 chefs working in the restaurant in turns. The cooks themselves clear the tables. Always a buffet. Breakfast is ordinary, like everywhere else, only there is no coffee machine, coffee from cans, 3-4 types of juice, very good different tea bags. For dinner, 3 types of fish or meat, 3 types of side dishes. Lettuce, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes all the time. Various fruits and baked goods.Negatives
