There is no negativity as such! There are specific complaints against the hotel administration and the Sanatoricum company regarding the placement of unreliable information on the website and the cheap manipulation of health procedures, their quality, quantity, etc., which is actually why we come there: 1. There is no doctor in the hotel!( that is, there is no appointment with a qualified doctor ----) In place of a proper doctor, a guy from the staff actually took me in, and he also took in all the visitors during my vacation, and that’s hundreds of people. How does a doctor's appointment work? It lasts 3 to 5 minutes. You come in with a pre-filled questionnaire issued at the reception desk, he looks at it, quickly scribbles down procedures on his piece of paper, and whatever is simpler))) and says goodbye to you haha This is not a doctor’s examination!!!-------This is a deception. 2 lack of medical staff There are no complaints about the guys specifically, they are great, but there are always few of them, they rush from office to office like crazy, by the way, the doctor who examined me, he also does gymnastics in the pool, he also runs around all the treatment rooms and with one or two colleagues. Accordingly, everyone is running, they are running, you are running. etc. I did not receive the promised sanatorium-resort treatment, this is 🏃♂️ there is no system in the rooms and they provide only 3 procedures a day and everything is on Fuck off... Spa on the second floor This is generally a separate state. 15-minute massages are included in the package. 3. The MOST important thing in the Sanatorium is YOU will not go through all the specified procedures on the voucher; this is not possible))) this is where all the pettiness and manipulations lie that cause a feeling of being fooled and not respecting the clients in general. And the reluctance to visit this Hotel again. Believe me, I'm not the only one! What's the point? The scheme is simple and I personally don’t understand why they do this. The offer indicates the number of procedures offered according to the days of your arrival, plus there is a service of additional procedures for an additional payment THIS IS above the norm This is above the norm THIS IS ADDITIONALLY paid or ordered procedures. AND YOU WILL NOT PASS THEM. IT'S COMPLETE ABSURD AND THE STAFF'S LACK OF UNDERSTANDING THAT THEY ARE DECEIVING PEOPLE BY WORKING BY THESE RULES!!!! ARRIVAL FOR 11 DAYS AND 16 procedures in a package. PLUS ➕️ additional 5 procedures for an additional payment, so to speak, above the standard, I note this is offered on the website of the seller’s company (SANATORICUM). AND IN OTHER SANATORIUMS THESE ADDITIONAL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED IN FULL. AND THAT'S WHAT we have as a result: 11 days and 21 procedures in total, and in fact minus 2 days on the day of arrival and day of departure, minus 2 days off Saturday and Sunday, minus 1 day HOLIDAY 06/08/23 (BUT THIS NUMBER IS NOT INDICATED AS A HOLIDAY DAY ON THE SITE THERE IS NO MENTION ABOUT IT OTHER DAYS THERE IS BUT ON THIS DAY THERE IS NOT) IT TURNES OUT 6 days and 21 procedures LEFT, but they only give me 18 because there are no more than 3 procedures per day and they don’t care that I ordered additional ones and have already paid for them with their rules))) ) , The absurdity of the whole situation is that for an additional payment on the spot you will undergo at least 100 procedures (races) per day, but they have rules for ordering a voucher. This is such a calico and in this way every SECOND person is deceived by pensioners and just people and the COMPANY IS A CLIENT OF WHICH I AM supported this version, gave me such a stupid explanation, did not help me in any way, did not even try to defend the rights of the client and from the moment of contacting the consultant did not react in any way They just transferred me to the post office and said write and complain)))))) HERE IS MY TELL TO YOU!

There were no treatments on the holiday, they were simply canceled. In the end, we paid for 30 treatments, but only got 24. This is obvious fraud on the guests and I haven't experienced this from other health resorts I've been to, for example in Lithuania. That was a bitter pill to swallow and is one of the reasons for me to avoid such houses in the future. That's why I can't recommend it any further. The tourist tax was paid at the end, so you didn't get the discount, such as access to the Molle, which we only found out later. Parking in the hotel's own parking lot is also expensive, why pay at all?

A nice hotel, modern and top location, two weeks with full board, three treatments a day and door-to-door transfer. The staff is very friendly, you can communicate quite well in German. The food was good, there was something for everyone. Many thanks to the hard-working ladies and gentlemen who ensured a clean table. Many thanks to the staff in the kitchen and reception. We also used the wellness area and were able to relax with massages. The treatments such as water aerobics, ten streams, mud pack, whirlpool tub and classic massage were good. A special thank you to Przemek and Dawid who are very friendly and helpful and do a good job. Guys - keep it up! We found everything you need for a pleasant stay. I can only recommend it!

There was no soap in the bathroom, hotel room doors constantly slam because the corresponding door dampers are missing, when the cleaning staff drive through the hotel corridors in the morning it is as loud as if a plane was taking off because the corridors are tiled and the cleaning trolleys have bad wheels.

I liked the café on the 11th floor and the orangery. You could communicate well in German. Overall it was ok. But I'll never book again.Negatives
Food wasn't really of high quality and the selection was really very limited. There were no loungers in the swimming pool and you couldn't really relax after the sauna. Very noisy rooms. Bowling for guests for a fee. Cleaning ladies don't really try hard.

Due to the size of the hotel and the fact that the room was occupied by two additional children, there was a lot of activity during the holiday season. The loud closing of the room doors was annoying.

The staff only speaks Polish and German! Only 1 person out of the entire staff speaks English; no one spoke Russian at all. The treatment is for free, the massage is good for an additional fee, the one that is prescribed is 15 minutes and nothing. Parking is very expensive and they also charge a climate fee, which was not mentioned at the beginning. I definitely won’t go to this resort again.
