I would like to note the friendliness of all the staff at the Pacific Hotel, the efficient work of the staff at the reception, excellent and fast accommodation, the doctor prescribed all the procedures I needed and, at my request, the procedure was replaced. All procedures were carried out on time, I would especially like to mention the nurses in the mud, mineral and carbon dioxide baths - they were always friendly and attentive. I would like to express special gratitude to the driver who met me and took me back to the airport. (A round trip group transfer was booked). The driver is polite and friendly and performs his duties perfectly. I ordered the tour on the Som sanatorium website - everything was clear and professional.Negatives

We drove and doubted whether we would meet him or not, and arrived in Prague. We met him, drove him quickly, got settled right away. Since the transfer was ordered only upon arrival, when we asked to take it back, the order was accepted and we arrived at exactly the specified time. The quality of treatment was very good; all procedures took place on time. The hotel has its own Lesnoy mineral spring, next to the colonnade is a 5-minute walk. Treatment procedures are located directly in the hotel. Internet connection is free. The hotel is located on the main street. You can walk at any time. The city is quiet and calm. As a result, the choice is reduced to 1-2 dishes, which gets boring. It is impossible to find hot water in the hotel to dissolve the medicine. There is no kettle in the room, nor any coolers with hot water. At the reception they offered only a paid service, no. includes tea or coffee, which I don’t need at all at night. But I didn’t ask for just hot water to dilute Fervex. I bought a kettle. In Italy and Finland there are kettles in the room.

Very beautiful hotel. All rooms, halls, restaurant, etc. decorated with great taste. The rooms are spacious. Very clean. The cleaning was excellent. Bed linen, bathrobes, and towels are changed regularly. All the staff are friendly. The food is good and varied. The dishes on the menu are not repeated during the week. The main course portions are very large - the men's version. There is dietary food. For breakfast, lunch and dinner - fruit. Vegetables and salads without vinegar. With half board you can alternate between lunch and dinner. Good medical base. Competent medical staff. They definitely take tests to accurately adjust the drinking rate. The voucher stated 42 procedures in 2 weeks. However, they prescribed 48 procedures + 1 as a gift. Moreover, the doctor kept asking whether there were enough procedures or whether to prescribe more. Baths are made with real mineral water. Acupressure was performed professionally. I really liked it. The time of the procedures is changed if necessary. In the evenings, the lobby bar often has live music, musicians and singers. I really liked the pool and sauna (free) until 21.00. The water in the pool is warm. The pool is a good size, has a counter current and a whirlpool. The sauna is spacious. Everything is very convenient. There are coolers with drinking water on each floor in the medical building. At the reception there is a spring with mineral water - Lesnoy. The hotel has a free shuttle to the train station or bus station.Negatives
The lobby bar is not big enough for this type of hotel. In the evening, when there is live music and artists performing, it is almost impossible to get there. It's always busy, always full. Very few tables and chairs. In 2 weeks I didn’t manage to get there even once. I listened to the performances from the reception desk behind the partition. But it’s not interesting and not convenient.
