It is very strange why the hotel is rated 4 stars. There are no cultural and entertainment places offered here, there is no bar, for example, there is no space for a sofa or chairs in the reception area for waiting. No pool The restaurant is also very small and the breakfast offered does not at all correspond to a 4 star hotel. The choice is very small and if you come for breakfast after the morning procedures at 9.30, then there is not much left, for example, eggs and there is no particular rush to replenish. Evening desserts are also worth reconsidering. For example, morning pancakes that are already dry by the evening and covered with jam are a bad dessert. I would also like more variety in soups and salads at lunch or what the hotel offers as snacks from 12.00 - 13.30 Almost every day the same salad and also the same thing in the evening. The medical base is also rather weak. The hotel deserves a solid and very good 2+ stars

We really liked everything. The hotel is located next to the forest. We were pleasantly surprised that we arrived on Sunday afternoon and were seen by a doctor the same evening. The staff was polite, there was no language barrier (they speak both German and Russian). Special thanks to everyone for their work, they do their job perfectly. Our room was spacious, the windows overlooked the forest. We were pleased. We also put bold + sanatoriums.com. On time notification (without delays), transfer. The hotel is in a very quiet location. The center as well as d. Trinkquelle can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The treatments were very good and well timed. The massage with Leona was very professional, just as you would imagine a real massage to be. The other masseurs were probably just mediocre. The breakfast was very good and plentiful, with something for everyone. At dinner you had to choose one from 4 suggested menus. Sometimes it was the case that if you didn't like something in the dish (e.g. meat or something similar), you could still get enough from the starter such as soup or salad.
