The only negative point. We left on Saturday. Before this, my husband had repeatedly approached the reception to order a group transfer to Prague. Each time the employee offered to come later. As a result, late on Friday evening they found us a transfer for early Saturday morning.

In terms of organizing treatment, I would probably like there to be no queues for some specialists and a more professional nurse to take blood. She couldn't take it from me. This is weird. Also, in my opinion, tests should be taken twice, upon arrival and after treatment, after which the doctor will be able to say something.

This is rather not a negative, but a question of price, or rather its growth, which is several times faster than inflation. I vacationed at Svoboda both this year and last and plan to go there in 2017. So in 2015, a week in October cost me 650 euros, in 2016 - 900 euros, and in 2017 the price has already increased to 1200 euros. As you can see, the growth has almost doubled in two years and the price is almost equal to the price of a 4-star hotel. Although, to be honest and objective, “Svoboda” fully corresponds to 4 stars, all you have to do is add bathrobes.

We were accommodated in the Palladio building, the most advantageous accommodation, in our opinion, because... in the same building on the lower floors there are treatment rooms; in between procedures you can go up to your room to rest; to get to other buildings you have to walk along a long passage. If you don’t arrive at the very beginning of the restaurant’s opening, you may not find some dishes; they are replenished very slowly. It’s cold in the balneology department, it’s not comfortable after taking a bath.

Our first impression was amazing from Marianske Lazne! The Svoboda sanatorium is located in a very convenient location - surrounded by a forest area, a magnificent ecologically clean place! The main sources are two steps away! The staff of the medical building works impeccably! We booked tours to Germany on weekends through the company AntikTour. Everything was organized perfectly! The transfer from the Airport and back, ordered from sanatoriums.com, was done very well (they meet the client’s wishes) - Thank you to them! We will be happy to come back again and again!!!Negatives
There was not much misunderstanding at the reception: 05/24/16 we contacted an employee about a locked safe, they would open it, it was promised, but the safe was never opened - we had to go to procedures with documents! I contacted an employee on 06/03/16 with a request to call for help regarding the transfer, but no help was provided: she advised me to call from my personal cell phone. But basically everything is fine!

Thanks to the website sanatoriums.com for accommodation and transfer, everything was very prompt and clear. Instead of the Svoboda sanatorium, the reservation was transferred to the Pacific sanatorium. My husband and I were very pleased with our vacation and treatment. The location of the Pacific sanatorium, friendly and professional staff, good and fairly varied food (we took breakfast and dinner, which was quite enough), high-quality medical procedures, instead of the stated 34 procedures in 10 days we did 35 and plus one as a gift. The masseuse Milena is simply super, the gas injections helped a lot (although I was skeptical earlier), the pool is open until 9 pm, very clean and spacious, good sauna, in general, even with all my best efforts, I couldn’t find any downsides!Negatives

I just returned with a young man from the Pacific sanatorium, we rested from 9.01 to 16.01.16. We were pleased with our vacation. I liked the accommodation, food, treatment. The procedures were prescribed in consultation with me (I am a doctor, taking into account my wishes) and the time change was carried out without problems. In terms of food, everything was fine, the dessert table was modest, for dinner there was only one type of cake and ice cream. But for me this was even a plus; there was no reason for temptation. I recommend this sanatorium; it is advisable to go for 2 weeks, as one week was not enough for us. The transfer was ordered on the same website, everything was very clear and on time. For technical reasons, the Svoboda sanatorium was replaced by the Zvezda hotel. Therefore, all the ratings I gave concern the Zvezda Hotel. The replacement was made without additional payment, very quickly. This is a big plus for the Sanatoriums booking system. I can say that in the future, my friends and I will only use the above system when booking. My only wish is to introduce a column for “additional requirements” - this applies to car parking, separate beds, view from the window...Negatives
