Check-in took a very long time, the receptionist was a bit rude (if not very rude). There was absolutely zero English, I switched to Russian 10 minutes after the start of our conversation. I stayed at the hotel from August 30 to September 17, 22. I am very grateful to the hotel administration for the excellent room provided. Doctor Bortnik was very sensitive to my wishes regarding treatment. I thank him for this. I am very grateful to the massage therapist Raya Khomenko. Thanks to her, I felt an improvement in my health. We are very pleased with our stay in Marienbad. We didn’t think about anything for two weeks. Medical staff - the best ratings. The cuisine is very good, as is the service. Unfortunately, our mistake - we ordered two weeks but did not check the number of procedures. It turned out - 23 for two weeks. But we were sure that there was talk - every week. I had to re-order. The Svoboda Hotel is renovated, everything is well arranged, but the “Pool-sauna-steam room” services are run by a lady who knows nothing about this business. Further, near all three buildings of the Svoboda hotel complex there are paid parking lots. Cars block exits from buildings when loading or unloading luggage, and these are mostly elderly people and not very mobile. We suggest - in front of the entrance, make a free space with a sign - Parking only for unloading and loading luggage of guests of the Svoboda Hotel. It's a small thing, but nice.
