I liked a lot, but there are some BUTs! I liked the food, the table was very varied, a lot of cheeses, meats and fruits. I really liked the mud and baths (the staff at these procedures are great)!!!!! I liked the room and the service. I didn’t like the massage, only 15 minutes and somehow simple. The underwater massage was also disappointing, they only do it on the back (in other sanatoriums from the heel to the top) Special greetings to the nurse for inhalation!!!! My child was 15 minutes late (the procedure started at 7:00, they arrived at 7:15) and was not allowed in, although there were places! I also didn’t like the schedule of procedures, it started at 7.00, then there were hour breaks and then until 14:00. Upon arrival there were cold days, I started to get sick - I sat in the steam rooms, everything went away. a large set of procedures. a complex of three buildings, connected by a beautiful covered gallery, with its source. large rooms with a safe. At the reception you can pay with bank cards (for the Czech Republic this is not the norm yet). Buffet, quite a lot of dishes. The majority of the staff speak Russian, only during the procedures we met with minimal knowledge of Russian, but this is not a problem. Russian doctors. Excellent price/quality ratio (treatment, comfort). I recommend it in this price category. I also had a balcony overlooking a small park. The room was cleaned every day. The staff is very responsive, there were no conflicts. A huge plus is that the Svoboda Hotel had a brand new swimming pool with panoramic glazing and a view of the forest (opening in May 2019). The hotel, after a high-quality renovation, is distinguished by a convenient gallery connecting the buildings to each other, which makes it possible to move in comfort, regardless of weather conditions. The room for one is spacious, everything is clean and cleaned on time (those who like to drink evening tea will have to prepare for the absence of a kettle, although many hotels have this feature). The dinners are somewhat monotonous, although together with the breakfasts they are quite filling and of high quality: a lot of vegetables, cooked food, not spicy. For breakfast there is a large selection of cereals, yogurt and muesli. There are no queues for procedures, the nurses are qualified. A big plus is the swimming pool, jacuzzi and baths, which are included in the price for hotel residents. Overall, everything is good, I will come again if the opportunity arises.Negatives
The doctor was somewhat confused in her advice about the benefits of homeopathy and its use in medical practice (according to Memorandum No. 2 of the RAS Commission on Combating Pseudoscience and Falsification of Scientific Research - homeopathy in Russia is recognized as pseudoscience). After some argument, her bias due to disagreement with a private opinion became apparent.
