I speak Estonian, Russian, German. If your English is poor, communication becomes difficult. Procedures are poorly presented. There are no brochures in Russian or German. The stay is designed for local audiences who speak Lithuanian. Bed linen is changed every few days. Taking into account the hot weather and the passage of procedures (oil, mud, etc.), it can be offered more often. Prices in bars for drinks are astronomical. 12€ cocktail??? In Germany, the maximum is 7€ in a restaurant in the city center.

We came 3 times, 3 years in a row. The hotel is expanding every year, a bar has appeared on the beach, a path to the sea has been made, now it is easy to drive up in a stroller with a child. The location of the hotel is the biggest plus. Immediately after leaving the hotel there is a forest, behind the forest there is a trail for bicycles, scooters... and the sea. The hotel is very clean, in my entire life I have never seen such clean rooms anywhere else. (Not only bed linen is washed, but also blankets and pillows) The staff who are responsible for cleanliness is very pleasant. Special thanks to the staff for their very warm attitude towards the children. In the salt room, they turned on a cartoon when we arrived with the baby. They added foam to the bath and brought a ball to keep the child occupied. Last year, we prepared separately for the child what they asked for (the child was 1 year old, they asked to cook separately without salt, the hotel did not charge a separate fee, but they cooked it just like at home).Negatives
If you come with a child, you won’t have enough time to go through all the procedures. This year it was felt that the staff was getting tired, the workload became greater due to the greater number of visitors. The schedule of procedures is very scattered, in order to go for a walk, you will need to skip either lunch or procedures. Otherwise, you will only be able to take a walk in the evening. (If you come at another time of the year, this problem most likely will not exist) We were on vacation with our child, my husband and I sometimes had procedures performed at the same time, they said there was no other way, saying there were a lot of people in the hotel. During the procedures they did not always wait for us with a smile and tell us everything as it was before. (but here, too, it depends on who you get) This also applies to procedures, one physiotherapist will do an excellent massage, another will not do it at all...

This year the spa and services were disappointing. I always order body peeling and moisturizing facial treatments. I know how they should be executed. The girls were not experienced. The facial procedure took 55 minutes instead of the stated 75. I probably won’t use their services again.

A visit is highly recommended! Fabulous location and air quality, beautiful forest with well-marked walking routes. Very friendly and always helpful staff in all areas from reception to dining room. Applications are offered in a wide range, application plans are very well thought out. Buffet is very varied.

Hotel rooms do not correspond to 4 stars. - it was not cleaned once in 4 days, the shower cabin trap was clogged, the shower head did not hold, the refrigerator froze only in max mode, there was no handle to control it, the air conditioner made extraneous noises, even though it was turned off, the carpet was soaked in dust. Food is of average quality.

There is no room cleaning as such. There is no list of procedures on the sanatorium website. We took a voucher with 4 procedures per day (we don’t need more at our age) and upon arrival the doctor said that our voucher did not include the most important and necessary procedures, but we need It was necessary to take a ticket with 6 procedures per day. It is necessary to indicate the size of the rooms, since a single room is very small.

A very, very small single room, and a small SPA area. The room was not cleaned in almost two weeks. The website does not indicate the procedures that are included in the service package, and upon arrival the doctor will tell you that many procedures are not available to you, since you purchased a package of 4 procedures per day, and much more for an elderly person. It is advisable to indicate the footage of the rooms on the website. Clients should know what they are buying for this money.
