The biggest plus is the procedures and their organization. You arrive at the office at the time indicated on the schedule and are immediately called for the procedure, no queues, no crowd. Thank you to Dr. Wigandas for the perfectly selected procedures and for taking into account our wishes. The room has air conditioning, a safe, a hairdryer, a bathrobe/slippers, shampoo and body lotion. Towels are changed upon request. There was a large selection of food, there was enough of everything even if we had run out. In the evening, 3 types of baths, a jacuzzi and a swimming pool with warm mineral water. The pool is therapeutic, not sports. On the 1st floor there is a restaurant with live music on Friday and Saturday. There is also a bar on the roof. Excellent location, pine forest and sea. Our room windows looked out onto the forest; in the silence you could hear the sea.Negatives
The disadvantages are created by the vacationers themselves. In the cafeteria, there was a requirement to use gloves when preparing food and to wear a mask when near shared plates of food. Only a third of the vacationers adhered to these requirements; the workers made no comments. So Covid safety is low. It’s the same in the physiotherapy room, the workers only have time to turn the devices on and off, there is no disinfection for the previous patient, advice - take a towel with you. And also, if you cannot spend half an hour in silence and without a phone, do not go to the salt room!!!

Many thanks to our attending physician Vygantas Skrodenis for the careful and high-quality appointment of procedures!, timely and quick resolution of all emerging issues! Unfortunately, the dispatch service, processing treatment and changing appointments, as well as paying for additional procedures, in the amount of 2 people per shift, leads to the creation of long queues. This problem needs to be solved. At the reception, the doors that open automatically are not adjusted and open for every patient passing by... poor receptionists! At the registration desk, the forms are only in English and Lithuanian, what should elderly Russian patients do?

There was no internet in my room 529. I just couldn’t pull it off, that’s all. There is one on the balcony. There is one in the corridor. But for some reason it’s not in the room. This was a big inconvenience for me, since I have to communicate a lot with work colleagues. There are no shops nearby.

It would be nice to arrange childcare for an additional fee. Because he is not in the sanatorium. It is impossible to go with my husband to treatments and paid spa treatments. There are a lot of people with children. And I'm sure she would be in demand. There is a games room. But it is empty and useless. Table football is broken. Toys include a tractor and wooden geometric shapes. You can draw, there is a drawing board. There is a kitchen, but without dishes and food. The shelves are all empty. The selection of toys is generally small. And one more moment. Of the 5 procedures, they try to prescribe the most budget-friendly and standard ones. Salt room, binaural coma, pearl bath, underwater massage and just a massage for everyone. It is prescribed to absolutely everyone, regardless of problems. More narrowly specialized and expensive ones are prescribed to very frail and sick people.

I didn't like the careless attitude towards cleaning the rooms. Although the cleanliness is at the proper level, during our stay they did not tidy up properly. Also very unfriendly staff in the food area. And the tables there are very crowded. You're almost walking over people's heads. The food is of good quality, but this attitude to seating and lack of friendliness is reminiscent of a Soviet canteen.

When scheduling the procedures, registrars Jurgita and Wilda presented an unpleasant surprise: - the time between the penultimate (11-00) and last (16-00) procedure was 4 - 5 hours. Apparently due to the active use of Russian and our ignorance of the Lithuanian language. Our request for a time shift was not heard. We had to choose: either skip the procedure scheduled for 16-00 and go to the sea after lunch, or go sunbathe after dinner! Unfortunately, disposable sheets are not always changed during procedures and towels under the facial window in massage rooms. And there is a covid-19 epidemic in the world!
