Everything is perfect, except that on November 4th, when I went to the pearl nail, no one met me, I had to look around the offices for the staff (Oksana) for this procedure. When I got into the bath, I felt that the water was already soapy (something that was not the case when doing this procedure in the previous days). While leaving the procedure, she talked on the phone with her feet on top of each other, without paying attention.

More THANKS to the sanatorium staff for their attentiveness to patients! The food is good, for every taste. The rooms are clean. The location is great. We vacationed in October. We were very lucky with the weather. We took walks in the forest and along the seashore 3 times a day. We will definitely come back next year.

We were out shopping for 3 days, we arrived on Monday, the reception was only from 15:00, we could not get to the doctor to get the procedures that belong to us, on Tuesday from 9.00 in the morning we were able to get to the doctor, who will schedule the procedures and then go to the reception again to make an appointment for the procedures .Very unpleasant young woman at the reception desk, who only scheduled procedures for Tuesday evening. We spent 2 days in the sanatorium almost without procedures, because we had to leave on Tuesday. In the room, as usual, only the robes were dirty, this sanatorium really does not show respect.

Even if you really find fault, it’s difficult to find anything negative. The only thing is that maybe someone will be bothered by a little water pressure in the shower, but this is absolutely no reason to refuse the rest of the benefits of this wonderful, hospitable sanatorium. And it would be nice to add a cultural program, such as concerts, offers of excursions with the possibility of leaving the sanatorium.

Public transport is not well connected to Palanga, but cheap and fast with taxis. The full board offer did not specify that the drinks were exclusively based on apple, orange or water. Other drinks not even paid for, at least within the "Swedish table". In the structure you can still use a restaurant and a lounge bar for a fee. Additional spa and health treatments are also available for a fee.

A completely unprofessional doctor. There are no “usual” sanatorium services, for example, testing... Very “weak” procedures. Just for formality. It was just a very cozy hotel by the sea, in terms of treatment, rating 2 out of 5.

The hotel is in a very quiet location on the edge of the pine forest and the beach can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The food was very plentiful, varied and very fresh and tasty. For all meals there were coffee specialties and fresh fruit - up to 15 different types - always fresh and delicious!!!

I really liked everything, the nature, the resort, the staff. It should be taken into account that the health center is located 3 km from the city, if it matters to anyone. But the transport is good. The sea is close, the pine forest has an intoxicating smell. Very comfortable paths, some paved for bicycles, and land for Nordic walking. Please note that the basic package of procedures does not include some types of procedures, massages, for example. They need to be purchased. But there is a magnificent SPA, after a massage with a jet of water, an ordinary one was not needed. Group gymnastics in water and individual gymnastics helped a lot. The water in the pools is warm, the pool is open until 10 pm. And there is also a sauna, a jacuzzi and various bells and whistles. The staff is friendly and helpful in everything. The crowd at the resort is also pleasant. In short, a cool place to relax and heal without spoiling your nerves. The food is delicious and there is a lot of it. You have to really restrain yourself so as not to gain weight. Also a good and reliable transfer from/to the airport. All questions are answered quickly on the website. Prices for beauty treatments are overpriced, as not everyone matches the description! I ordered an anti-stress ritual with massage and peeling of the whole body. Unfortunately, this procedure was performed on me by a young and inexperienced girl. The procedure did not live up to my hopes. Of course, I understand that beginners need practice, but not for that kind of money!

I had to purchase additional procedures, since the price of the package of procedures paid for when purchasing a 9-day stay in a sanatorium included only the most inexpensive ones (mineral baths, oxygen cocktails, kinesiotherapy and mud). And procedures such as massages and physiotherapy were not included in the package paid by us.
