I was not pleasantly surprised by the renovations taking place in the sanatorium, or rather the construction of another building - all the construction noise and torture all day long for your pleasure and for your huge money (we were not warned by phone). The doctor consulting us behaved completely unprofessionally, although perhaps he was a “guest star”, since I had never seen him there before or since. Families with small children were allowed into the relaxation rooms, who made noise and interfered with rest. Alas, nothing changes for the better.

Kinesiology in a pool with a hood. All the trainers are wonderful, except for one young man of average height, with glasses, a name starting with the letter F (sorry, I didn’t write it down completely). He is not a professional, he clearly does not know what he is doing, how to conduct the lesson, there is no system. Extremely uncourteous, rude to clients.

Well. My wife and I recently spent two weeks in the Spa Hotel Gradiali. We had from the beginning until the end a wonderful time and have nothing to complain about. We were well received, had superb rooms and sophisticated therapeuts. The food was very good and tasty and there was a really broad selection offered every day. The hotel is approx. 500 m away from the beach, which is fantastic. When we rented a car for a few days there was plenty of parking space around the hotel and it cost nothing. All in all: Great experience.

I was on the 6th floor and there was no security lock on the window. The overview of the treatments before booking is not described in sufficient detail. I thought that with 21 treatments I would receive various different treatments (from massage to inhalation). Unfortunately the allocation is different here. Before entering the country I couldn't find the booking for the SPA area. So the SPA area was unfortunately almost fully booked. So I couldn't fully enjoy my SPA treatments. Missing towels after aqua sports.

No pool to just swim. The dressing gowns have served their purpose and, of course, the coffee machines in the restaurant, something needs to be done.

I would like the cleaning of the premises to be a little better, so that the glasses would be washed and the table wiped down. Although we easily dealt with this ourselves, these are minor things. Overall everything was very good.

There are some comments that did not at all affect the quality of the holiday, but it would be very nice if they were taken into account. 🌼 the quality of the coffee leaves much to be desired 🌼 I won’t tire of writing that having a tennis table would allow you not to interrupt your favorite workouts and would make your stay at the sanatorium ideal. 🌼 please include hot soup in the dinner menu 🤗 Thank you for being there🌿🙌

We bought a package with 12 procedures and 3 meals a day. When purchasing, it was not stated anywhere what procedures were included in the package; on the spot it turned out that the choice was only from the cheapest procedures, massage was not included in this package. The food is not tasty, you can also choose something for breakfast, but lunch and dinner are terrible.

This was our first time at the Gradiali sanatorium; before that, we had visited Druskininkai and the Grand Spa Lietuva and Druskininkai hotels for several years in a row. Sanatorium Gradiali is located not in the very center of Palanga, but a little further away, so there are not too many people around. It cannot be compared with the center of Palanga or the area near the airport, where there are many motels and cheap accommodation. We only understood it when we saw it ourselves. The location of the hotel, rooms and food are excellent.Negatives
During all procedures, the staff is very young, friendly and diligent. This is the same problem as in Estonia and Latvia - young people do not speak Russian. Some people here didn’t even know English. When the procedure is performed by a device, it doesn’t matter; you can always explain yourself. It is difficult to perform exercises under commands in Lithuanian. In Druskininkai the staff was a little older and there were no problems with the language.

Accommodation in a mini-suite room left only positive impressions! Spacious room with air conditioning, a balcony overlooking the pine forest, a comfortable bed - everything was conducive to a pleasant stay. Just an incredible selection of treatment procedures! The sanatorium is equipped with the most modern equipment, there are fountains with healing mineral water. In the SPA area there are three different steam rooms (with Himalayan salt, Turkish, sauna), a jacuzzi and a pool with mineralized water. I recommend not to neglect beauty procedures. After all the baths, wraps and massages, getting a facial massage with rejuvenating masks was simply priceless! Cosmetologist Stasyale has sensitive and skillful hands, I received great pleasure. A lot has been said about the location of the sanatorium, there is nothing to add, I cannot help but note that the area around the sanatorium is very beautifully decorated and well-groomed. The food was quite varied, for each serving there was one dish of meat, fish and poultry.Negatives
I would like more variety in nutrition. Basically, everything was served stewed, over the 5 days of our stay the dishes were repeated, we came to the conclusion that we would like cutlets or meatballs, we were tired of natural stewed meat. A delicate moment - there was not enough air freshener in the bathroom. Still, the toilet is located almost in the room. The SPA area is a bit crowded; in the jacuzzi and pool everything is shoulder to shoulder.

The room was rarely cleaned; in our case, the room was cleaned for the first time three days after check-in, although the rules say that the rooms are cleaned every day. The linen was not changed, we were in the sanatorium for ten nights. You must come to procedures in a robe. During the ten days of our stay, the gowns were not changed and nowhere is it said about the rules for replacing them. For us, as Russian-speaking clients, it was an unpleasant surprise that some of the staff refused to speak Russian, and we live in Finland and the Lithuanian language is not familiar to us. The overall impression of your stay in Palanga remains negative, which does not make you want to visit again or recommend your country to friends and acquaintances.
